Marketing Waiver

By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree that Jennifer Leigh’s Dance Gallery (JLDG) may photograph and record my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, and studio events. These photos and videos may be used for studio marketing, including social media, the studio website, print materials, advertising, recital content, and in-studio displays.
I understand that all images and videos taken by JLDG are the property of the studio, may be edited or combined with other media, and may be used without compensation. This permission remains valid unless revoked in writing, and revocation does not apply to content already created or published.
