Handbook Agreement

*This handbook agreement applies exclusively to students registering for the 2025-2026 Performing Arts Season. Please note that this waiver does not pertain to our drama, art, or summer seasons.

We believe in making agreements and commitments to your studio, class, and self. We ask that both parents and dancer sign the bottom of this agreement. We hope that visually seeing your commitment will help you put your best foot forward and get excited about the next adventure you are taking with us.

I agree to commit to the full 9 months of classes this season. Should I choose to unenroll in class after registration has closed I agree to pay the $125 drop fee per class dropped. I know I will not receive credits for classes dropped. I know I must inform Alexa McNally before the end of the month in order to not be charged for the next month of classes.

I have read the entire William Henry School of the Arts handbook and agreement. I understand the studio dress codes. I understand the studio guidelines and expectations and agree to abide by these rules. I understand the costume rental program guidelines and agree to to abide by these rules. I understand the financial commitment and time commitment of taking dance classes at WHSOTA.
