Class Contract

An annual family registration fee of $40 is due with your registration.
Payment deadlines are on the 10th of the month.
Late payments will incur a $25 late fee.
Written notice through email must be provided with either contract when canceling or holding before the 5th of the month. Once Tuition is posted, you are responsible for the fee. All tuition, registration fees, and incurred late fees are non-refundable.
Please be aware that there are two options when registering.
A Single Season Contract allows dancers to cancel anytime without penalty. There are no make-up classes offered for missed classes for any reason. The dancer’s tuition covers their spot in class for one month regardless of the amount of classes held. If a dancer attends a class after one month has elapsed, they are considered renewed for the new month and are responsible for additional tuition.
A Flex Season Contract allows dancers to attend as many classes each week of their level. There are no make-up classes offered as dancers choose their own schedule. Dancers must forfill the entirety of the contract until the last class in June. But may put a hold on their account up to twice in one 10 month period for a fee.
