Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement is made between Dance Attitude Co. Ltd (Trade Name: Attitude Dance Studio), a Mauritian registered company (BRN: C19164833), represented by Mrs. Joana Melchior, and the undersigned dancer or guardian.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment of Fees
Fees are due in advance by the 5th of each month, covering the period from September to July (11 months). Payments must be made to the following account:

Please include the student’s name and the relevant month with each payment.
2. Outstanding Fees
If fees remain unpaid for more than one month, a reminder will be issued. Attitude Dance Studio reserves the right to deny class entry until the account is settled.
3. Fee Adjustment in January 2025
A 5% increase in fees will be applied starting January 2025.
4. Missed Lessons
Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Cancellation Notice
A written notice and payment must be provided at least 31 days in advance for any class cancellation before discontinuing.
6. Class Placement
Attitude Dance Studio is responsible for determining the appropriate level for each dancer.
7. Dress Code & Uniform
Students must wear the studio uniform or be appropriately dressed (Leotard, skirt, tights, shoes) as per the class requirements and should be ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Hair must be neatly pulled back into a bun.
No jewelry is allowed during class time.
8. Punctuality
Attitude Dance Studio reserves the right to deny entry to dancers who arrive more than 5 minutes late.
9. Responsibility Before and After Class
Attitude Dance Studio is not responsible for dancers outside of class hours.
10. Liability Insurance
All participants must provide proof of civil liability insurance covering accidents or harm caused to third parties.
11. Media Consent
I hereby agree that Dance Attitude Co. Ltd has the right to use photos/videos of the dancer for promotional purposes, including advertisements and social media.
12. Class Cancellations
No classes will be held during the following periods:
a. Public Holidays
b. Cyclone Warning Class 2
c. Torrential Rain Warnings announced on the radio
d. School holidays as per the dance calendar
e. If a class is canceled for reasons other than those listed above, the studio will notify guardians and arrange a replacement class.
14. Waiver of Liability
I certify that my child is in good health and can participate in dance classes. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of this agreement and release Dance Attitude Co. Ltd from any liability for accidents beyond the teacher’s control.
