Tuition fees

Registration Fee: $50
Monthly tuition Due by the 10th of each month: $50 (one hour class)
Tiny Toes Tuition due by the 10th of each month: $40 (30 mins)
Christmas Show Fee: $150 due in October (will cover costume, show fee, and one parent ticket)
May Recital Fee: $100 due in February. Recital Fee, includes: show fees, 2 tickets to each show, 1 program book, media fees (photos and video of the show included).
T-shirts will pre-order ONLY for our Annual May Recital, this will include the dancers as well, theirs will be preorder as well and will not be included in the recital fee

Costume fees will be split up into monthly payments added to your tuition for one monthly payment: $120 PER costume for all classes EXCEPT Hip Hop classes
Hip Hop Costume fee: $160 (includes shoes)

How to make Payments?
We have multiple options to make payments. In your parent portal you will have access to view all fees/charges, as well as making payments. Auto Pay is also offered and can be accessed through your portal. Checks and Cash can be paid in the lobby (during business hours) with our office manager. However, we have a Drop Box if you would like to pay in studio. It will be locate in the lobby by the front desk.
If you are paying with a credit/debit card, you may do so in the lobby with our office manager or pay online through your parent portal. (Please note that all online and credit/debit card fees do charge a 5% service fee.

Premier Dance Company requires automatic bill pay via ACH (echeck) or having a debit/credit card on file. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, and refunds will not be given for any reason. Tuition comes out automatically on the 1st of each month for those signed up for monthly withdraw. Parents who wish to pay with cash or check must do so by the 10th of the month, or a late fee of $15 will be applied to your account. Parents are responsible for tuition payments for the entire dance year starting in August, unless the child is withdrawn from the class. We will give a discount for multiple classes taken and family members living in the same household. The tuition rate is for the entire season. It is not based on the number of classes during a month, but on the entire duration of our season. Some months will have more/fewer classes, but tuition charges remain the same. No refunds or deductions will be given if a student misses a class for any reason. You are welcome to contact the office to find out if a makeup lesson would be available. We reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE for misconduct or lapsed payment. We will be closed for Labor Day, Thanksgiving week, Christmas (2 weeks), MLK Day, and Spring Break. Premier Dance Company follows the Pell City Schools Calendar. This also includes any inclement weather closures that may occur and/or serious sickness or COVID-19 incidents.
Costume fees will NOT be refunded (additional/options may be available).

If payment issues occur, or you have questions regarding your account with payments/fees. You must connect Angel Richardson by email, and/or set up a meeting to discuss any concerns you may have or need to discuss.

Continuous outstanding balances/ failure to make payments that you are agreeing/responsible for, could resort into legal actions.
