TUITION & PAYMENTS:
Tuition is based on a yearly charge, and families may choose one of the following payment options:
-Paid in full – 10% discount
-By semester – 5% discount
-9 monthly installment payments
Tuition is not a month-to-month membership and is based on the full dance season. Payments are due by the 1st of each month and accepted without penalty through the 10th. An automatic $15 late fee will be added on the 10th of each month for unpaid balances.
A $30 returned check fee will be charged for any payment returned by your bank. Tuition is not prorated for holidays or studio breaks, as these dates are already factored into yearly pricing.

MAKEUP CLASSES:
If your dancer misses class for any reason, they may make up the missed class in another class of the same description and level within two weeks of the absence.
Weather-related cancellations may also be made up within two weeks in another class of the same description.

WITHDRAWAL / DROP POLICY:
If you choose to withdraw from High Temperature Dance Academy during any scheduled session, a minimum two-week written notice must be submitted by email or mail. If even one class is attended during the month, that month’s tuition remains due. Classes dropped after the official drop deadline of October 15th without proper notice may be subject to a $40 drop fee.
