AutoPay Agreement & Direct Debit Authorisation
AutoPay Agreement
By accepting this AutoPay Agreement, I authorise Academy of Dance Epping to automatically process recurring tuition payments using my nominated payment method in the Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal. This agreement forms part of the Academy of Dance Epping Enrolment Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with those terms.

Privacy
Academy of Dance Epping respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that my personal and payment information will be collected, used and disclosed for the purpose of administering my enrolment, processing AutoPay payments and managing my account.
Payment information is securely processed and stored by Academy of Dance Epping's authorised payment provider. Academy of Dance Epping does not store or have access to my full credit card or bank account details.
By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Academy of Dance Epping Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal information in accordance with that policy.

Terms and Conditions
1. Authorisation
I authorise Academy of Dance Epping to debit my nominated credit card, debit card or bank account for tuition fees and any other authorised charges relating to my enrolment.
2. Payment Schedule
Payments will be processed automatically in accordance with Academy of Dance Epping's published fee schedule or approved payment plan. AutoPay will continue until my enrolment ends or I provide written notice to cancel AutoPay in accordance with this agreement.
3. Activation of AutoPay
I understand that AutoPay will not be activated until this agreement has been read, accepted and electronically signed.
If this agreement is not completed, Academy of Dance Epping will not activate AutoPay, and I remain responsible for paying all tuition fees and charges using an alternative payment method in accordance with the studio's payment policies.
4. Sufficient Funds
I am responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in my nominated account on each scheduled payment date.
If sufficient funds are unavailable, the payment may fail and my account may become overdue.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or returned for any reason, Academy of Dance Epping may:
* Attempt to process the payment again.
* Contact me to arrange an alternative payment method.
* Suspend participation in classes, performances, competitions or other studio activities where accounts remain overdue in accordance with the studio's Fees and Payment Policy.
Any fees charged by my financial institution as a result of a failed payment remain my responsibility.
6. Updating Payment Details
I am responsible for ensuring my payment details remain current.
If my payment method expires, is replaced or changes, I will update my payment details through the Parent Portal or notify Academy of Dance Epping before my next scheduled payment.
7. Cancelling AutoPay
I understand that AutoPay may be cancelled by providing at least **7 days' written notice** to Academy of Dance Epping.
Cancelling AutoPay does not cancel my enrolment and does not remove my responsibility to pay any outstanding fees owing under the Academy's Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
8. Fee Changes
I acknowledge that tuition fees may change from time to time in accordance with Academy of Dance Epping's published pricing.
Reasonable notice will be provided before any fee changes take effect.
9. Refunds
All AutoPay payments remain subject to Academy of Dance Epping's Refund and Credit Policy.
Acceptance of this agreement does not alter or replace those policies.
10. Disputed Payments
If I believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, I agree to contact Academy of Dance Epping as soon as possible so the matter can be investigated and resolved before requesting a chargeback or payment reversal through my financial institution.
11. Outstanding Accounts
Any unpaid balance remains payable and may be managed in accordance with Academy of Dance Epping's Fees and Payment Policy.

Payment information is securely processed and stored by Academy of Dance Epping's authorised payment provider.
Academy of Dance Epping does not store or have access to my full credit card or bank account details.

Declaration
By accepting this AutoPay Agreement, I confirm that:
* I am the authorised account holder or have authority to use the nominated payment method.
* I have read and understood this AutoPay Agreement.
* I authorise Academy of Dance Epping to automatically process recurring payments in accordance with these terms.
* I understand that AutoPay will not be activated until this agreement has been accepted.
* I understand that cancelling AutoPay does not cancel my enrolment.
* I understand that I remain responsible for ensuring all tuition fees and authorised charges are paid when due.
* I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance of this agreement has the same legal effect as my handwritten signature.
By signing this waiver, I confirm that I accept all of the terms and conditions contained within this AutoPay Agreement.
