Fees
May 20, 2025 05:43 AM
Tuition is charged via autopay to a debit or credit card on the 25th of the month prior. (This information can be changed anytime through the customer portal.) Contact encoreacademyofdancedurham@gmail.com for the option to pay in cash. The cash option requires that a debit or credit card be kept on file in the case of non-payment by the due date.
For your convenience, the season’s tuition (June 2025 - June 2026) is billed via inclusive pricing. Payments are billed in equal monthly installments on the 25th of the month prior. As tuition is inclusive to cover the entire season, it will not be prorated due to shorter or longer months. Autopay payment is considered late on the 1st of the month, and a $15.00 late charge is added to all unpaid accounts. A second late charge of $20.00 will be added to all unpaid accounts after the 5th of the month. If payment is not satisfied by the 1st of the following month, your student will not be permitted to participate in classes until all tuition payments are up to date.
Tuition is due even if the student misses classes to maintain the student’s place in the class. All students are encouraged to make up missed classes. Withdrawal from the program requires a 14-day notice and must be made in writing by email to encoreacademyofdancedurham@gmail.com; otherwise, tuition will be due. Encore does not pause enrollment/autopay. If you wish to take time off, you will need to submit a 14-day notice and then re-enroll when your student returns. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The inclusive pricing includes monthly tuition and all required Annual Showcase fees. Optional Annual Showcase fees, such as photos and tickets, are not included. Fees included in inclusive pricing will be equally distributed from the first month joined to the end of the season.
An optional Fall Showcase will take place in late September/early October. A performance fee will be charged to your account at the time of commitment if your dancer wishes to participate in the Fall Showcase.
