Registration Waiver

I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Pose Performing Arts, its owner, members, and all employees of these parties from all liabilities, suits, claims and/or demands of any kind or nature, legal or financial, whether caused in any way by the negligence or not, arising from the participation in or observation of any Pose Performing Arts activity for injuries to any person or property, whether on or off the premises. The student/participant named above does voluntarily participate in any and all Pose Performing Arts activities and that the student/participant and I understand that certain risks are inherent to and from participation and involvement with Pose Performing Arts and in its various formal and informal activities. These activities include but are not limited to Dance and Performance. Pose Performing Arts is not responsible for any lost or stolen property, at any time. Anyone found to be violating any of the rules, codes of conduct, or found to be disruptive to either another individual or group may be asked to leave the premises or off-site location at any time and be refused reentrance without any full or partial refund. I hereby irrevocably grant to Pose Performing Arts perpetually, exclusively, and for all media throughout the world the right to use and incorporate, in whole or part, photographs or video footage taken as a result of participation in Pose Performing Arts activities. I hereby authorise Pose Performing Arts, it’s owner and all employees to act for the student/participant named above according to their best judgement in providing or arranging for emergency care in any emergency circumstance requiring medical attention. I request and authorise that in my absence the student/participant named above be admitted to any hospital or medical facility for diagnosis and treatment.

Payment Policies
ALL clients MUST be enrolled in DSP with a valid card number. Weekly (Pre-school) or Fortnightly (School aged children) payments will be debited from your nominated card in advance starting Monday 2nd Feb, continuing through the school holidays and finishing Monday 26th Oct (monday 23rd Nov Pre-School)
If fees are paid before the start of each term payment cycle, NO PAYMENT will be deducted from your nominated card.
Additional expenses will added to your term fees and come out each payment - if you do not want to take part in the concert you must let admin know so we can remove the costume/concert charges.
To opt out of classes you must email accounts@posepa.com.au with two weeks notice before the next term is charged.
Direct debits incur a 2.75% service fee from Autopay, declined debits incur a $5 dishonour fee from Autopay.
If no payment has been received by week 3 students may not continue in classes.
Costume levy is non refundable if you stop classes.
If your child is away you must still pay for the class you are enrolled in. We do not discount fees for students that go on holiday within the school term.
In the event of major illness or injury that affects a child's participation for 3 weeks or more: with a certificate from the hospital or physiotherapist, we can put your account on hold until your child is physically able to dance again.
