AATMA PERFORMING ARTS
Enrollment Agreement, Membership Terms & Release of Liability
By enrolling in AATMA Performing Arts ("AATMA"), I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Enrollment Agreement.

1. Annual Membership Commitment
Enrollment in AATMA's Performance Program constitutes a twelve (12) month membership commitment beginning on the student's enrollment date.
With the exception of Bollywood Cardio, all students participate in a structured year-round curriculum designed to provide consistent technical development and performance preparation. Each membership includes the option to utilize one (1) Membership Pause during the annual membership period, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 4 of this Agreement.

2. Membership Fee
A $199 Annual Membership Fee is due upon enrollment.
This fee:
is required to activate membership; is part of the annual tuition structure; renews every twelve (12) months to maintain active membership. This fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Tuition & Automatic Payments
Monthly tuition is collected through automatic recurring payments.
By signing this Agreement, I authorize AATMA Group LLC to automatically charge my designated credit card or bank account on the 1st day of each month until my membership has been properly terminated pursuant to this Agreement.
I understand and agree that:
Tuition is due regardless of attendance. Missed classes do not reduce tuition owed. Tuition payments are non-refundable once processed. I am responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failure to maintain a valid payment method does not relieve me of my financial obligations under this Agreement.

4. Late Payments & Declined Transactions
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st day of each month and will be processed using the payment method on file.
If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise unable to be processed, AATMA may make additional attempts to process the payment using the payment method on file. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that a valid payment method is maintained at all times.
If the outstanding balance has not been paid in full by the 15th day of the month, a $35 late fee will be assessed and added to the member's account.
AATMA reserves the right to suspend participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, and other studio activities for any account that remains delinquent until the account is brought current. Repeated declined payments or unpaid balances may also result in the revocation of enrollment privileges and may be referred for collections, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Membership Pause
AATMA recognizes that families occasionally require flexibility.
Each membership may utilize one (1) pause of one (1) calendar month during each annual membership period.
To qualify:
Written notice must be submitted at least 60 days before the requested pause month.
A completed Membership Pause Request Form must be received before the applicable deadline.
Example:
To pause during July, the request must be received no later than April 30.
Because of annual recital preparation, membership pauses are not permitted between April and June.
Approval of pause requests is subject to compliance with these requirements.

6. Membership Cancellation
AATMA memberships are annual commitments.
If a member elects to terminate membership before completion of the annual commitment:
Written notice must be submitted before the next scheduled tuition payment.
A Membership Withdrawal Form must be completed.
Because tuition is based upon a discounted annual rate spread across monthly installments, early termination requires payment of a cancellation obligation equal to three (3) months of tuition.
Example:
If membership is canceled in March, tuition for April, May, and June remains due.
The cancellation obligation:
is not tuition for classes;
does not entitle the student to attend classes during that period;
is non-refundable;
is not eligible for credits or transfers.

7. Costume Rental Responsibility
Performance costumes remain the property of AATMA unless otherwise stated.
Participants agree to return all rental costumes in substantially the same condition as received, excluding reasonable wear.
If a costume is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond ordinary wear, the parent or participant agrees to reimburse AATMA for repair or replacement costs up to $500 per costume, based upon the actual replacement value.

8. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in dance, fitness instruction, rehearsals, workshops, performances, competitions, and related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
falls; collisions; overexertion; strains; sprains; fractures; other serious bodily injury.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

9. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
AATMA Group LLC, AATMA Performing Arts, its owners, officers, directors, employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in AATMA activities, including claims alleging ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct where such releases are prohibited by law.

10. Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize AATMA personnel to obtain emergency medical treatment for myself or my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

11. Photo & Video Release
I grant AATMA Performing Arts permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture images or video of myself and/or my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and studio events. I authorize AATMA to use these images or recordings without compensation for promotional, educational, marketing, social media, website, advertising, and other business purposes.

12. Parent/Guardian Consent
If the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age, I certify that:
I am the participant's parent or legal guardian; I have authority to execute this Agreement; I consent to the participant's enrollment and participation; I agree to be legally bound by all financial obligations and terms contained herein.
