*I grant permission to the North Jersey School of Dance Arts (NJSDA) to photograph and/or record my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, and other NJSDA activities. I understand that these photographs and videos may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on NJSDA's website, social media platforms, print materials, and other publications, without compensation.
