Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following:
*I understand the tuition payment plan I have selected, including all payment due dates and applicable late fees.
*I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable.
*I understand that tuition is non-refundable except in the event of a prolonged illness, injury, or relocation outside of Northern New Jersey.
*I understand that missed classes may be made up at my convenience, subject to class availability. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds except under the circumstances listed above.
*I understand that there is a $10 administrative fee for any class change requested after registration.
*I understand that a $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
*I understand that my account must be paid in full by the dress rehearsal date in order for my dancer to participate in the performance.
*I understand that if my tuition account becomes two months past due, my dancer will not be permitted to attend classes until the account is brought current.
*I understand that it is my responsibility to notify NJSDA in writing if I wish to withdraw from a class. Tuition charges will continue until written notice of withdrawal is received.
*I understand that NJSDA does not place accounts or enrollments on hold. If my dancer is unable to attend classes for an extended period, I may either make up the missed classes (when eligible) or withdraw from the class and re-enroll when ready to return. Re-enrollment is subject to class availability and requires payment of a new registration fee.
