I will help make this the best experience possible for the studio and students. I understand the risks involved with physical movement that I and or my child(ren) will be voluntarily participating in. In case of any injury, I will not hold Ashley Knapp and/or any other entity associated with Studio 365 Athletic Arts responsible.
