Welcome
Welcome to A Step In Time Dance Center! We are excited to share another wonderful season of
dance with your family. Please review all policies carefully.
Tuition & Payment Policies
Automatic Payment is the preferred payment method. Tuition will be automatically processed
between the 25th–29th of each month depending on the day of the week and banking schedules.
Families who opt out of Auto Pay must submit tuition during the first week of each month. Payments
received after the 10th may be considered late and subject to a late fee.
Attendance Policy
All absences must be reported through the Parent Portal. Dancers who miss more than three
consecutive weeks without communication may be dropped from their class. Re-enrollment will
require a new registration fee if space is available.
Dress Code
Proper dance attire and shoes are required for every class. Dancewear must be form-fitting. Socks,
flip-flops, Crocs, and street shoes are not permitted in class. Please refer to your class description
for specific attire and footwear requirements.
Parent Portal & Communication
Please keep all Parent Portal information current, including email addresses, phone numbers,
emergency contacts, and billing information. Studio updates are primarily sent through email and
the Parent Portal.
Studio Communication
Email is the preferred method of communication: astepintimedance01@gmail.com. Please allow up
to 24 hours for a response.
Bullying & Conduct Policy
ASIT does not tolerate bullying, harassment, gossip, slander, or disrespectful behavior from
dancers, parents, or family members. Violations may result in dismissal from the studio without
refund or credit.
Lobby Expectations
The lobby is a quiet observation area for parents. Siblings must remain seated, supervised, and
respectful. Running, horseplay, and excessive noise are not permitted.
Season Performances
Winter Showcase: December 6, 2026 Annual Recital: June 5, 2027 Performance details will be
distributed throughout the season.
