The privacy and security of your personal information are important to All-Stars in Motion Dance Studio, LLC (“AIM Dance
Studio”). AIM Dance Studio does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. This Privacy Policy explains the information we
collect, how it is used and shared, and the choices families have regarding their information.
This policy applies to information provided directly to AIM Dance Studio, including information collected offline and through our
website, Parent Portal, Team App, email, and other studio services.
Information We Collect
AIM Dance Studio may collect information necessary to enroll students, communicate with families, maintain accounts, and
safely operate studio programs. This may include:
• Parent/guardian and student names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Student birthdates and class enrollment information.
• Emergency contact information.
• Relevant medical, allergy, injury, or safety information provided by families.
• Account, billing, and payment-related information.
• Information provided through forms, messages, registrations, or other communications with the studio.
Because AIM Dance Studio primarily serves children, information about minor students is generally provided by a parent or
legal guardian as part of enrollment and participation in studio activities.
How We Use Information
Personal information is used as reasonably necessary to operate AIM Dance Studio, including to:
• Manage enrollment, classes, schedules, and studio programs.
• Communicate with dancers and families.
• Maintain student, emergency, and safety information.

Medical, allergy, injury, and other safety information provided by families is used as reasonably necessary to support the
dancer’s health and safety while participating in studio activities.
How Information Is Shared
AIM Dance Studio may share personal information with trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the
studio. These may include providers that support registration, the Parent Portal, payment processing, communications, the
Team App, and other studio services.
Payment and account information may be processed or maintained by third-party payment and software providers according
to their own privacy and security practices.
AIM Dance Studio may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or court order; when necessary to
protect the safety or rights of a dancer, family, staff member, or other person; or when reasonably necessary to protect AIM
Dance Studio’s legal rights or property. Personal information will not be used or shared for purposes unrelated to studio
operations except with appropriate permission or as required by law.
Security & Third-Party Services
AIM Dance Studio takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information entrusted to us. However, no method of
electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Parent Portal accounts are protected by individual login credentials. Families are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of their login information. Authorized AIM Dance Studio personnel may access account and student information as necessary
to manage studio operations.
Our website, Parent Portal, Team App, and other studio resources may contain links to or use services provided by third
parties. AIM Dance Studio is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of services that we do not own or
control. Families are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those providers.
Your Information & Choices
Families may contact AIM Dance Studio to request that personal information be updated, corrected, or deleted when
appropriate. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for business, financial, safety, recordkeeping, or
legal purposes. AIM Dance Studio retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for studio operations
and legitimate business, financial, safety, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.
Families may update contact information through the Parent Portal or contact the studio for assistance. Families wishing to opt
out of optional studio communications may contact AIM Dance Studio; however, opting out may result in missing important
studio information.
Privacy Policy Updates
AIM Dance Studio may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated to families through
email and/or regular studio communication platforms.
