Welcome to Crave Dance Studio! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our classes, programs, and use of our website. By enrolling in classes or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Enrollment & Tuition
1.1 Registration: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment of applicable fees.
1.2 Tuition & Payments: Tuition must be paid according to the selected payment plan. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension from classes.
1.3 Refunds & Cancellations: Tuition and fees are non-refundable unless a class is canceled by Crave Dance Studio. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons with valid documentation.
2. Code of Conduct
2.1 Respect & Behavior: All students, parents, and staff are expected to uphold a respectful and positive environment. Bullying, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
2.2 Attendance & Punctuality: Regular attendance is encouraged. Students must arrive on time and be prepared for class. Excessive absences may affect participation in performances.
2.3 Dress Code: Students must adhere to the studio’s dress code policy to ensure safety and uniformity.
3. Liability & Safety
3.1 Assumption of Risk: Dance is a physical activity that carries risks of injury. By participating, students and their guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.
3.2 Medical Emergencies: In case of an emergency, Crave Dance Studio will make reasonable efforts to contact a parent/guardian. If necessary, emergency medical care will be sought.
3.3 Release of Liability: Crave Dance Studio, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property.
4. Photography & Media Release
4.1 Photo/Video Usage: Crave Dance Studio may take photos/videos of students for promotional purposes, including on social media and marketing materials.
4.2 Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish for you or your child to be included, please fill out our photo waiver.
5. Class Changes & Cancellations
5.1 Schedule Changes: Crave Dance Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or programs as needed.
5.2 Weather & Emergency Closures: In case of inclement weather or emergencies, class cancellations will be communicated via email, social media, or the studio website.
6. Payments & Fees
6.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards. Cash or checks are an option if approved by the office.
6.2 Late Fees: A late fee of $25.00 may be applied if tuition is not received by the due date.
6.3 Returned Payments: Any returned or declined payments may result in additional processing fees.
7. Termination of Enrollment
Crave Dance Studio reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for violations of these Terms, including non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or repeated absences.
8. Website & Online Services
8.1 Website Use: By accessing our website, you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes or to disrupt our services.
8.2 Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Crave Dance Studio and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Amendments to Terms
Crave Dance Studio may update these Terms as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
