Tuition is based on 34 classes per year, which are paid over 10 months (Sept - June) In most cases classes will meet from 35-37 times, Those extra days will be considered snow days of class is cancelled due to the weather. If any class meets less than 34 times, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. All classes meet once a week for 45 min. unless otherwise stated. Any tuition not paid by the 10th of the month will incur a late fee of $10. Tuition is due whether the student is present or not. There will be no refunds for missed lessons, However, in case of sickness, classes can be made up by attending another class. All tuition and balances for June must be paid prior to picking up your tickets for the recital. If there is a balance on your account, your child cannot participate in the recital. There is a $30 fee for all returned checks. If tuition is late for more than 2 months, your card on file will be charged. Any outstanding balance will be automatically charged to the credit card you have on file in June prior to the recital. If you withdraw from a class, full payment is due for the month and you will be unenrolled at the end of the month.
Costume payments run anywhere from $71-$95 per costume, depending on the class. A costume deposit of $45 per class is due by Oct. 15th. The balance is due November 30th. If the payment is not made, we can NOT order your child a costume, and they will not be able to participate in the recital. Any payment made after December 15th will incur a 10% late fee per costume per month. After December, costumes are non-refundable.
All overdue charges on your account will be applied to your credit card on file one month after the due date.
