The Artist Collective via Studio Pro
  1. The Artist Collective uses Studio Pro to send SMS messages to their clients and customers. Examples of messages you might receive include details about upcoming events, reminders about transactions, and updates on your class status and meeting times.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any message you have received from The Artist Collective. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from The Artist Collective. You can also adjust your SMS settings by logging in to the The Artist Collective portal at any time.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly by using the Contact Us page here at the The Artist Collective portal.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
