As we enter this new era of necessary safety precautions and increased government regulations, we find that we must adjust our prices in order to remain viable as a business. We have invested a significant amount of resources in equipment and supplies to keep our students safe. We will also limit class sizes and have extra staff on-hand to help manage the flow. We are sympathetic to the budget restraints of our families, and we will do our best to balance fair pricing and value while also meeting our margins. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
______Participation Release and Waiver of Liability: I have chosen to participate in fitness or have my child(ren) participate in the instruction given by TDF Studio Gym LLC (TDF Studio & Gym). I acknowledge that I understand the nature of the activities either I or my child(ren) will be participating in and the possibility that despite precautions, accidents, and/or physical injury may occur. I agree to release and hold harmless TDF Studio & Gym including its teachers and staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now or in the future. I will not hold TDF & Studio Gym liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage or loss, which may occur on the premises before, during, or after classes or which may occur at any TDF Studio & Gym sponsored event outside the studio. Furthermore, I agree to read and follow the class and facility policies and take full responsibility for my and/or my child(ren)s behavior in addition to any damage I or they may cause to the facility utilized by TDF Studio & Gym.
_____Photo & Video Release: I authorize TDF Studio & Gym, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs, videos, or likenesses of me and/or my child(ren), and/or property in connection with TDF Studio & Gym. I authorize TDF Studio & Gym to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically for the use of record-keeping, advertising (to include website development), social media, and/or public relation projects. I agree that TDF Studio & Gym may use such photographs and/or videos of me and/or my child(ren), with or without my name and for any lawful purpose. I acknowledge that I have no rights to the same and will not be compensated for any use.
_____Registration Fees: A Fee of $85 for single & $100 for family is charged once yearly (from August through July) and is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs involved in maintaining your account (including staff coverage and online access), course layout by demand, instructor contracting, classroom allocation, and class scheduling for the preceding year.
___Perpetual Enrollment: Registering with TDF Studio & Gym is offered on a perpetual basis. This means that the sessions do not end, they continue from month to month, perpetually. You may end your lessons at any time by following our Withdrawal policy. If you do not withdraw, your enrollment will automatically be renewed in August for the next year. Your monthly payments will be recalculated and the Annual Fee will be added. If a student is promoted to the next level, we will notify you of the schedule change at that time, no action is needed on your part to continue your Perpetual Enrollment.
_____Dress Code: All students are required to be in appropriate class attire by the second class to attend class. Any students not in appropriate class attire will only be allowed to observe. Complete details of our Dress Code are provided in your parent portal under. .
_____Communication: Our primary method of communication is email, and occasionally through text messages. Please be sure we have your current email address & phone number in your parent portal. We do not hand out paper reminders and our staff is not required to make announcements in class. If you have any questions or concerns ask the front desk staff or email questions to tdfstudiogym@gmail.com.
_____Refund & Withdrawal Policy for Dance, Acro, Cheer, non competition Classes/Camps:
Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal from our program. Notification to withdraw from a class must be received in writing to TDF Studio & Gym by the 15th of the month PRIOR in order to stop tuition payment for the following month. No exceptions. The student's intention to withdraw may be submitted via email or by a letter submitted in-person to front desk staff. Upon receipt of your written request, you will receive an TDF Studio & Gym Withdrawal Request Form. This form must be completed and submitted, via email or in-person to the front desk staff, in order for the withdrawal to be complete. The student may continue to attend their scheduled class(es) during the 30 day period, payment of tuition is still expected and may be made by the continuation of electronic payments or by direct payment through front desk staff. The total value of lost dance days due to holiday or holiday breaks has been considered and is reflected in the monthly tuition amount. There are no additional refunds or credits for missed dance days due to holidays.
_______ Pandemic Closings
If the state of Georgia deems it necessary that TDF Studio & Gym close due to the pandemic, we will seamlessly switch to a Zoom schedule that exactly mirrors the students’ in-person schedule. Zoom links will be provided via email and text. Dress code, attendance and classroom etiquette are expected to remain on par with how our students behave in-person. Tuition will remain the same during these periods of virtual classes. If your class is unable to run virtually, you may take advantage of our very liberal make-up policy, as outlined above.
Please understand that in order for our business to survive this pandemic, we must keep payment schedules consistent. We are MORE THAN HAPPY to over-deliver in whatever area we can.
_____Make-Up Policies: If a class is missed due to illness, vacation, or we are closed due to a holiday, inclement weather, or instructor availability we encourage you to participate in a Make-Up Class within four (4) weeks of the absence. This is a great opportunity to try a new class that you've been interested in or take a class that is similar to or the same as your current class. Make-up lessons must be pre arranged as some classes may have size restrictions. Please contact the front desk to review the schedule and register. Make-ups cannot be used in substitution of tuition payment.
______A+ Plus Program: We love students who receive A’s in school. For every A received on a student's report card their account will get a $2 credit. To receive the credit a staff member of TDF Studio & Gym must see the current school term report card . They can receive the credit once a calendar year.
______Payment Methods: All Accounts must enroll in autopay to attend classes at TDF Studio & Gym. Those accounts that are not enrolled by the 5th of the registering month will incur a $45 noncompliance payment fee until the account is enrolled into Autopay. Our preferred method of payment is by pre-approved, Auto-Pay, directly debited from your checking account or charged to your credit card on the 25th of each month prior. By choosing this option, you authorize regularly scheduled payments to be made by TDF Studio & Gym. This permission will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate this authorization. If for any reason, your payment does not go through, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again, however, a $35 insufficient decline fee will be added to your account. By entering your payment information via the TDF Studio & Gym payment website, you authorize TDF Studio & Gym to initiate electronic payments for the balance due on your account. You understand that payments will be processed on the 25th of each month as long as there is a balance due. You understand that the payment amounts may vary as classes are added/dropped or as other charges/payments are applied to your account. If payment is not made BEFORE the first of the month, a $25 late fee will be assessed. An increase in rates can incur once a year due to unforeseen expenses.

She will call you within 1 business day of your message or request.
_____Collection Process: In the event your account becomes delinquent and all attempts to remedy the balance fail by working directly with TDF Studio & Gym personnel, TDF Studio & Gym reserves the right to place your outstanding balance with an outside collection agency or law firm, any applicable collection fees, attorney fees, court costs¸ and/or court-ordered interest will be your responsibility.
_____Performance Fee: A Performance Fee is charged to all students September 15th. This fee covers costume rentals for community performances, Instruction fees for additional rehearsals, supplies, sound equipment, etc. Additional fees for costumes, performances, competitions, and studio wear will be required to participate in TDF Studio & Gym annual recitals.
_____Private Lessons: Private lessons are available in all styles and levels of dance. Private Lessons are for people who wish to advance and learn more rapidly and/or have specifics that they would like to address on a one-to-one basis. This intense and personalized attention is by appointment only and is scheduled based on the Instructor's availability. Private lesson fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Missed classes will be rescheduled, at no additional charge, if 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24-hours notice is given the registration fee is non-refundable and rescheduling will not be permitted. The 24-hour notice policy is non-negotiable so that TDF Studio & Gym and the Instructor have ample time to re-book the appointment and classroom space.
