I give permission for my child to attend classes at Kids Can Dance Studio and understand participation is at our own risk. I release the staff of any liability in the event of an accident or illness during time in their class. I grant them permission to take appropriate action should emergency medical treatment be needed. I understand that any damages caused by accidental, negligent or wrongful acts are at our own expense. I give consent to receive electronic mail. I give consent for photos of my dancers to be posted without listing any last names.
I acknowledge and agree as follows: I understand the Performance and Volunteer fees ($60.00/family) are due Sept. 30th. I recognize that if I do not volunteer 4 hours at the studio and/or if my dancer misses a performance opportunity, this fee will not be refunded. I understand that Music fees ($10.00/class) are due Sept. 30th. I understand that Costume fees ($85.00-$100.00 per class) are due Nov.1st and these fees are non-refundable after costumes have been ordered. I understand that Picture Fees (about TBA) are due October 30th and are non-refundable. I understand that all Competition Fees are non-refundable and that all competition dates and fees are yet to be determined. I understand that my dancers may be asked to discontinue class at Kids Can Dance if my account payments are not kept up to date. I understand in the event of an abrupt closure due to a pandemic, all classes will be moved to an Online format with no change in tuition fees for the remainder of the dance season. I have read through the attendance policy and understand that after 3 missed classes a make up lesson may be required at a cost of $30.00. I recognize that some groups, pending ages, will have mandatory choreography weekends that my dancer must attend. Choreography weekends are scheduled well in advance. They are scheduled as 2-3 hour sessions. I understand that fees are due on the 1st of the month and late fees will be charged if not paid at that time. I understand that class placements are not final. I understand that class placements are at the discretion of the KCD Staff and my dancer may be moved to a better fit class if needed.
