Something New: A 5% discount will be provided if you pay for Spring Session 2026 in full by 12/31/25. That works out to roughly one free class per session season! Full tuition due starting January 1st 2026.
There is also a Payment Plan Option:

Change in Registration and Payment Processing
To clarify the previous issues with reporting of balances due and simplify the auto-payment process, we are changing up part of registration through Dance Studio Pro (DSP- Parent Portal).
After you register for the class(es) for your child:
If you are paying in full, process your payment through DSP (as done previously).
If you are paying via the monthly payment plan, you will NOT process payment through DSP. Instead, when you receive the Welcome Email after registration, there will be a link to Square to enter your payment information.
Throughout the year, if you register for Sessions, Classes and/or Competitions and select the payment plan option, there will be a separate auto-withdrawal for each time you registered.
For example:
Your child is registered for Studio Competition and you have a monthly payment being withdrawn. Then you register for Fall Session - the new monthly payment will be a separate auto-withdrawal, so there will be two withdrawal amounts until Fall Session payment plan is complete.
Additional Information
We are cashless. That means everything must be paid by credit card, debit card or ACH (e-check). (The one exception to this is concessions for the kids, at the studio.)
All fees for all of Spring Session Classes are listed in one upfront price.
Reminder: Each class registration for Spring Session requires a costume, so the fee for the costume is included, but for tights and shoes, you will need to purchase those separately.
Payment Plan balances will be available to view in Square and Dance Studio Pro (DSP). Square will update automatically as the payments are auto-withdrawn. DSP will be updated once a week.
Please note that we are working with professionals who are trying to navigate making multiple software programs work together in the best way possible for you, so some processes listed here may be subject to change. If anything changes, we will communicate it as soon as possible.

*Credit/Debit Card payments will have a 2.75% processing fee.
ACH payments will have a 0% processing fee.
* NO REFUNDS after February 1st 2026.
* Classes will NOT be pro-rated unless the class as a whole begins later in the session. No Exceptions.
* If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, classes will not have a makeup day and will not be pro-rated. If more than 3 classes are canceled due to weather we will schedule makeup lessons.
