Participation in Chance To Dance Classes is at your own risk. You agree to assume the risk of the student participating and agree not to hold Chance To Dance or any of its employees liable for any injury or loss to person or property the student might sustain as a result of participating in Chance To Dance Classes. I authorize and agree that Chance To Dance may take and use photographs or videos of myself or my child for advertising, social media, end of the year slide shows, and public relations projects and that I have no rights to the same and will not be compensated for the same.
