On signing these terms and conditions you agree to the following for 2026...
* The VIBZ or READY SET DANCE uniform is COMPULSORY and MUST BE WORN TO EVERY CLASS.
All new students will have the Vibz uniform (2 pieces) or Ready Set Dance uniform added to their invoice. Existing students are required to have the above uniform items.
*All fees, including enrolment or administration fees are paid when enrolling or by the due date. A weekly late fee is added if payment is not received by the due date.
*All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
*Fees are charged by the term. You are required to sign up to direct debit when you register with us. You agree to have fees debited out of your nominated account on a weekly basis.
*14 days notice must be given when cancelling enrolment. Fees are payable up to the last day of the 14 day notification period.
*If classes are missed we offer a make-up class for any other class on the timetable in your child's age range, but only if there is availability in that class. Make up classes can only be taken in the same term, they will not be carried over as a credit to the following term.
* Parents are responsible for their child’s behaviour and their safety whilst on our premises, including parking lots, bathrooms, waiting areas etc.
*Parents are only allowed in the dance studio during open week, or when a new child is starting and they may need parental support and encouragement.
* I understand that children are not allowed in the studio when not participating in the class that is in progress but they can wait in the waiting area inside the building.
*At the end of term we have open week where parents may view the last part of each class to see their child's progress. We do not do this in Terms 3 and 4 for school age classes as we are focused on the concert.
* Before and after class the parent/guardian is fully responsible for their child. Teacher supervision only extends to students in class. No child will be allowed to leave the building unless accompanied by a parent. I will exercise extreme caution when entering and exiting the car parks. It is my responsibility to ensure that my child safely enters the studio and returns to my vehicle at the end of class. I will not park my vehicle in any area that is not a designated parking space.
* No food or drink, with the exception of water, is to be brought into class. Under no circumstances are any nut products to be brought into the studio and waiting room by any parent, student, sibling or relative.
*The 2026 concert date is Sunday 22nd November. The venue is Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club. There will be a photo day required in the lead up to the concert. All school age costumes will be hired from Vibz. All preschool costumes will be sold to students. A Concert Package fee will be issued in term 3. (All concert fees are non-refundable.)
Concert tickets are not included in the Concert Package fee, they will go on sale approximately 3 weeks before the concert. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be listed for sale in the closed Facebook page if not needed after purchase.
*Correct shoes must be worn at all times in the studio. Hip Hop shoes must have non-marking soles.
*Dancing is a sport where injuries can occur. You agree to take lessons at Vibz Performing Artz at your own risk. Vibz Performing Artz holds no responsibility for injuries that occur during class or on the premises. Please be advised that all classes are well supervised and each dancer participates at their own risk, therefore no responsibility will be placed upon the teacher or studio should your child sustain any injuries during the course of any class. Safety rules have been stipulated in this information letter and have been formulated for everyone’s safety. I hereby give permission for staff of Vibz Performing Artz to administer first aid and in extreme circumstances call an ambulance if necessary; at your expense.
Vibz Performing Artz holds no responsibility for loss of property, misbehaving students, or students who leave the premises without a parent or guardian.
*No student is to use any choreography from Vibz Performing Artz at any show, performance or school event, unless you have permission from Miss Tamara.
*Vibz Performing Artz will take photos throughout the year at performances, competitions, exams and at the studio purely for archival and advertising purposes (for example, photos that may appear on the website or in the local newspaper). Your child will also be photographed and videoed at the end of year concert for the purpose of concert photos and concert video links that are included in the Concert Package fee.
*At Vibz we understand the importance of social media in today's ever-changing world. We encourage all posts on social media to be positive and considerate of others.
Information and opinion that refer directly or indirectly to Vibz, it's administration, it's students as students or it's members of staff as members of staff must not be posted unless approved by Miss Tamara and the individual(s) concerned. If you wish to post any studio news or announcements on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Snapchat etc please contact the staff.
*Students and parents must not engage in bullying, spamming, illegal behaviour, malicious blogging or similar anti-social behaviours on any social media site.
* I hereby accept and agree to follow these terms and conditions set out by Vibz Performing Artz and understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my child follows these expectations also.
