I have read and understand the policies included in the studio handbook. I agree to abide by all rules of the studio and the building in which is housed. I understand there are risks involved in dance and acro classes and will not hold Shanna's School of Dance liable for injury or loss of property while engaged in those activities while under the direction of the dance school.
