DKSL STUDIO POLICY:
*DANCIN' KIDS SLAVE LAKE INC., including all instructors and staff members shall NOT be held liable for any injury directly or indirectly caused from the use of the studio, its equipment or participation in any events that the studio attends.
*Registration fee must be paid at time of registration.
*The studio will not make up missed lessons by the student, nor will refunds be issued.
*DKSL has the right to refuse registration.
*Please remove all outdoor footwear.
*DKSL is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
*Teachers must be given 30 day notice if a student to no longer participate in their class.
*There will be no refunds for missed classes

DKSL DANCE CLASS ATTIRE

*All dancers are expected to wear proper dance attire to all classes. Just like any sport you must come prepared *to effectively participate in your activity.
*Hair must be pulled back off face and neck.
*Ballet classes require buns for EVERY class.

DKSL DANCE CLASS ETIQUETTE

*Dancers shall respect their teachers, substitute teachers, assistants as well as their peers in and outside of class. Harassment will not be tolerated. In the event that harassment should occur, the person(s )will be excused from the dance studio without a refund.
*Dancers will demonstrate a positive attitude and confidence in his/her abilities.
*Dancers will give 100% effort in every class and remain committed to being safe and having fun.

PHOTOGRPAHY/ VIDEO I give permission for mine and/or my son/daughter's photographs/videos to be used for
publicity and advertising in the studio, on the Dancin' Kids Slave Lake website, social media and in the community.

DKSL REFUND POLICY

*The studio requires a one month written notice for refunds on lessons remaining.
*There will be no refunds on festival fees after November 1st.
*There will be no refunds on costume fees after October 1st.
*If a student withdraws from classes after February 1st they are NOT eligible for a refund and are still responsible for the remaining Tuition / Festival Fees / Costume Fees and any other amount owing.
