I understand that as the account holder I will be responsible for payment of any fees due. Class fees are paid by monthly subscription (36 classes per year split into 12 equal monthly payments) due on the 1st of each month. I understand a registration fee is due at the time of joining the school and a membership fee will be charged annually on April 1st each year thereafter. I understand that camps, shows, exams, workshops, etc will be invoiced separately. I understand that a minimum of one full months notice is required in writing by email for withdrawal from a class.

We love to share the fantastic work our students do and from time to time Pique School of Performing Arts will take photographs and video clips of students in classes, performances and at special events. Such images may be used as part of school promotional materials in print (papers/newsletters/flyers etc.) or online (school website/facebook/twitter). If you DO NOT wish images of you/your child to be used in this way please opt out via your portal or contact the school and a note will be recorded on your file to that effect. Please note that images used will never contain identifying information (surnames/ages/addresses etc.) or be published without parental permission.

We are proud of our students and love to show off what we do so from time to time Pique School of Performing Arts may take photographs and video clips during dance classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, etc. which may be used in school newsletters, website, social media and printed publicity (flyers, posters, etc.) By selecting 'I Agree' you confirm that Pique School of Performing Arts may use images of you/your child in this manner. Please note: No identifying information will ever be published with images without additional written consent being obtained.

Pique School of Performing Arts will use the email addresses you provide to send account statements (invoices and receipts), school newsletters, information relating to your dance classes and activities associated with those classes, e.g. exams, workshops, rehearsals, performances. We will also use email, text and from time to time telephone, to contact you in the event of unforeseen cancellations, emergencies, or any personal matter relating to you or your children and their dance classes. Occasionally you may receive important correspondence via post if email addresses are unsuccessful.

We use DanceStudio-Pro to store and process student data. Our database is password protected and DanceStudio-Pro do not have access to your information. Pique School of Performing Arts teachers have access to relevant medical information and emergency contact details only for the students they personally teach. You can update your information at any time via your online portal.

A 'Right To Be Forgotten' button can be found in your account settings. Please note that outstanding invoices may need to be settled prior to your request to be removed from our database being processed.

Pique School of Performing Arts treat all personal information with the strictest confidence and will never share your details with other parties. The only exception to this is where dates of birth, gender and ethnicity may be required on examination entry forms.
