General Waiver for all in-person classes (including trial classes):
--- I agree that Dance Magic, its dance director Karen Dycaico, its teachers and staff members are not liable for injuries that may occur during the course of dance instruction, rehearsals, performances and other Dance Magic sanctioned activities

--- Waiver of Liability for Infectious Diseases : I understand that participation in dance classes, camps and shows may expose me to infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID‑19, influenza, RSV, and other viral or bacterial illnesses. By agreeing below, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure and agree that the organization, its staff, and its volunteers are not liable for any illness, injury, or damages resulting from such exposure.

Photos and Videos taken during classes and shows may be used for marketing purposes.

Health and Safety Measures:
- You must be healthy and well to attend class, please make sure your child does not have a fever, cough or cold. Notify me if anyone gets sick.
- Face masks are optional.
- Students are recommended to sanitize hands before and after class. Hand sanitizers will be available in the studio’s entrance.
- Air purifiers will be operating at all times
- Only students/teachers will be allowed inside the studio, parents/guardians will have to wait outside
