I understand that I am enrolling my child in active dance and/or acrobatic classes, and while safety is a priority, I acknowledge that there is a risk of injury when learning dance. I also agree to Dance Pointe using photos and videos taken during classes and performances of my child for promotional purposes, including on their website and social media, unless I notify the studio otherwise. Additionally, I understand that practice videos may be taken for class use only, and by enrolling, I consent to this.
