Please read and Agree before completing registration. Some classes may have requirements, please read through them before registering your dancer. Schedule may change depending on enrollment of classes. For instance, if I a class only has 3 registered but we have another class that holds a waiting list. We would change the schedule so that the kids on waiting list can participate. We will do our best to put the 3 registered into the class that did not make - into a similar class.

Physical activities such as dance and acrobatics carry a risk of injury to participants. I hereby release Teffany's Dance Studio and it's instructors of any liability whatsoever arising out of an injury, damage or loss which may be sustained by said person during the course of involvement with Teffany's Dance Studio. This includes activities held in the studio and during any other dance performance or rehearsal sponsored by Teffany's Dance Studio.

I have read this waiver agreement, understand its contents, and accept and assume such risks.

As part of our commitment to this approach, we ask that you include any neurological diagnoses your child may have in the health information section of our online registration form. This information is confidential and will be used exclusively to support your child's learning experience.

Whether your child has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, or any other condition, having this knowledge will help us understand your child better and communicate with them in the most effective way.

Rest assured, we respect and value the privacy of our dancers and their families. We will never single out a child based on their neurological or health status. Instead, we use this information to create a more inclusive and understanding dance environment that caters to the specific needs and strengths of each student.

Our studio is dedicated to embracing neurodiversity, and we firmly believe that all children, regardless of their neurological make-up, can thrive in and enjoy dance. We're excited to work with your child and witness their growth as a dancer and an individual.
