I understand that one month notice or payment for that period is required if a student wishes to discontinue classes. Registration Fee and September's Payment is non-refundable. I represent that the student named is in good health and physically capable of participating in dance classes, performances and recitals. Customer assumes all risks of personal injury connected to physical activity while on/or about CM Dancing premises including but not limited to dancing and receiving dance instructions. I accept responsibility for obtaining appropriate accident, health and hospitalization insurance to cover the student in the event of personal injury or loss of property. If I cannot be reached, I authorize you to seek any medical assistance reasonably required in your judgement and agree to be responsible for medical expenses incurred on behalf of the the student. I further agree that we will adhere to studio policies and procedures. I give CM Dancing permission to use any photographs or video taken throughout the season at CM Dancing, outside functions, Competition and/or Recital for promotional and advertising purposes. These photos/videos can be posted on Social Networking sites, CM Dancing website, Newspaper and Pamphlets. These photos/videos will not be solicited to any third party.
I agree to be fully responsible for all bills related to my child/children's account related to the dance season. Acceptable methods of payment: Automatic Payments - Visa and MasterCard, E-transfer sent to cmdancing05@gmail.com or In Person Payments - Debit and Cash. All E-transfers and In Person Payments must be paid in full no later than the 15th of each month. Failure to do so, CM Dancing reserves the right to charge a credit on file and a late fee of 15%. Summer classes/programs/camps: will be charged upon registration with no annual membership fee. Full year programs: Annual Membership fee and first month's tuition fee's will be charged upon registration (non-refundable). The remainder months will be charged every 1st of the Month. Season runs September through June. There are absolutely NO refunds or transferals on any fees that have been paid to CM Dancing. A non- refundable Annual Membership fee of $30.00 per person/$50.00 per family, must be paid upon registration. Classes run from September to June the same as the school year. Registration commitment is for the entire season. Dance fees for the 2026/27 season will be paid in the following manner: Annual Membership fees and September fees (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration along with 9 monthly postdated Visa or Master Card to cover the balance of the season. If you wish to pay by cash or debit, you must leave a credit card on file. This card will be charged on the 15th of the month if tuition payment has not been made. Absolutely no registrations will be accepted under any other conditions. All N.S.F. or declined and returned cheque, Visa or Mastercard will have a service charge of $25.00. There will be NO refunds for missed classes and NO make-up classes except where the said class is cancelled by the studio. There will be no refunds for cancelled classes due to severe weather conditions. We advise you to call the studio and check email when there are severe weather conditions to see if classes have been cancelled. It will be at the Directors decision as to which students will participate in Competition, exams, productions, etc. Students leaving money or valuables in the dressing rooms do so at their own risk. We suggest not bringing valuables to the studio, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. There will be No food or drinks allowed in the dressing rooms. No gum chewing or peanut products allowed in the studio or in class. There will be no jewelry allowed in class. Students must show respect to teachers and peers at all times. Students must not vandalize dressing room areas or studios. Anyone caught will be responsible for damages. Children who are not dancing may not be left unsupervised at the studio. Students should be picked up within 10 minutes from end of class time. Students ONLY are allowed in studios. Parents and friends are not permitted in studios. All students will participate in our Year End Show in June. There is a Recital Fee of $50 due March 1st. Each student will need a costume that will cost approximately $160 to be determined at time of purchase. The directors of the studio have the right to combine or cancel classes with less than 5 students. Recital Costume Deposits are paid in 2 payments: 1/2 November 1st and 1/2 February 1st. After February 1st Payment, Costume Deposits are non-Refundable. All students must follow dress code. Please be courteous to others in the parking lot. It is the responsibility of the parent to make sure they are responsible in receiving all newsletters/emails and information given out at the studio. All competitive companies will have to purchase a new CM Dancing Jacket, shorts and custom dancewear. There is NO SMOKING anywhere in the studio and front entrance of the building.
In order to withdraw my student from any classes at CM Dancing, I understand that I must notify the studio 14 days prior to the next payment via e-mail or phone. Annual Membership Fee and September lesson fees are non-refundable. Simply not attending classes does not justify withdrawing from classes. Recital Fee is non-refundable. Costume deposits are non-refundable. There will be NO reimbursement for classes not taken. There will be NO reimbursement of partial month of classes. This does not apply to student doing a Free Trial.
