Thank you for choosing Studio 8! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to teach your dancer what we love and have been trained to do. Studio 8 is both a recreational and competitive dance studio, offering a wide range of classes for all ages and levels.

Ms. Lisa actively scouts throughout the season for new talent to invite to our competitive Troupe Team. Please note, dancers are not placed on the Troupe without consideration.

IMPORTANT: DANCE SHOES & CLOTHING

Please make sure to review our Regulation Dancewear and Dance Shoe Requirements List, which is included in your Welcome Packet. This information can also be found in the FILES section of our parent portal and Facebook parent group.

It is crucial that all dancers and parents read and adhere to all rules and regulations. Page 12 of the Guidelines Handbook must be signed and dated for each season before your dancer is permitted to attend any classes.

I agree to all of Studio 8 Performing Arts’ policies and guidelines while my child or I are enrolled in the dance school from this day forward. I promise to read and follow the rules and regulations provided in the Introduction Packet, which is located in this portal, posted in the files section of the parent portal on Facebook and available on the studio’s website. By registering, I also agree to follow Studio 8 Performing Arts’ insurance policies and understand that the studio will not be liable for any accidents or injuries that occur while attending, dancing in, or with the studio, whether on or off the premises.

Agreement to Policies, Guidelines, and Liability Release

I hereby agree to abide by all Studio 8 Performing Arts Policies and Guidelines while I and/or my child are enrolled in the dance program, effective as of the date of this agreement. I understand that it is my responsibility to read and follow all rules and regulations outlined in the Policies and Guidelines, which will be made available through the Welcome Packet located in this portal, the Parent Portal (Files section) on Facebook, the Studio 8 Performing Arts BAND parent group page, and the official Studio 8 Performing Arts website.

By registering myself and/or my child with Studio 8 Performing Arts, I further agree to adhere to all insurance policies established by the studio. I acknowledge and agree that Studio 8 Performing Arts, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while participating in studio activities, whether on or off the premises. I hereby release Studio 8 Performing Arts from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, or related events.
