Perth Dance Centre – 2026 Enrolment Waiver & Term and Conditions

Please read the below carefully. By enrolling into Perth Dance Centre, you agree to all terms and conditions below. Perth Dance Centre reserves the right to cancel students or family enrolment if the terms of enrolemnt are not followed.

1. Term Fees & Payments
• Fees are paid via AutoPay using a credit/debit card. o A 2% convenience fee is added to all fees and will be visible in the parent portal. Please keep your details updated.
• $15 dishonour fee applies for dishonoured payments.
• Annual Registration Fee: $50 per student.
• VIP Enrolments: Annual Registration fee is not charged at time of re enrolment; registration fee is deducted on the 1st January 2026. If the enrolled student withdraws before 1st January 2026, the Annual registration fee will still be deducted but no further term fees will apply.
• Term fees are fixed, regardless of the number of weeks or students attendance.
Payment Options:
• Option 1: Fortnightly deductions (6 fortnighly payments per term, Check pricelist on website for debit dates)
• Option 2: Full term payment deducted 1 week before the term commences or on enrolment for Term 1 2026 (Check pricelist on website for dates)
Refunds & Withdrawal:
• No refunds on term fees, registrations, uniforms, costumes, competitions, or tickets.
• Class Changes / Cancellations: Written notice before the end of the term is required for any class changes or withdrawals. All changes or cancellations must be emailed to: PDC.classupdates@outlook.com
• If notice is not received, deductions will continue.
• Accounts in arrears incur extra charges/legal fees.

2. Annual Concert & Make-up Classes
• Attendance at all rehearsals and stage rehearsal is compulsory.
• PDC closes for 1 week after our annual concert and 1 Saturday for concert bump in.
• Make-Up Lessons: Where permitted, students can attend a make-up lesson for any missed lessons due to public holidays or studio closure. All enrolled students receive a complimentary 3 weeks of unlimited classes, at no additional cost to the current enrolled fee structure. PDC Unlimted is held after our annual concert.

3. Student Code of Conduct
Students must:
• Be honest, positive, enthusiastic, and respectful
• Wear correct uniform & neat hair
• Arrive on time, avoid disruption
• Avoid jewellery & unsafe behaviour
• Treat studio property with care
• Not bully or harass others
Consequences: Warnings or termination for disrespect/bullying.

4. Parent / Guardian Code of Conduct
Parents/guardians must:
• Be supportive & respectful of staff, students, and other parents
• Supervise siblings & maintain safety
• Follow staff instructions
• Avoid negative online posts
• Support a positive studio environment
Consequences: Disrespect may lead to student enrolment termination.

5. Emergency Situations
• In an emergency, PDC may provide first aid, call an ambulance, or contact emergency services.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for medical costs.
• PDC will make reasonable attempts to contact you immediately.

6. Liability
Dance involves physical activity and inherent risk.
Students participate at their own risk.
PDC, staff, and contractors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law.

7. Privacy Policy
We collect personal info (name, contact details, medical notes, emergency contacts) to:
• Manage enrolments & attendance
• Process payments
• Ensure safety & emergency care
• Communicate with families
•Organise concerts & costumes
Data is securely stored in DanceStudio Pro, not sold/shared externally.

8. Media Release
I give permission for PDC and the Professional videographer, to photograph or record my child for:
•Marketing, social media, website, promotions, annual concert video
No personal information is shared externally.

9. Agreement
