KemKids, Inc. & KemKids Dance Studio Account Creation Policies

By creating an account with KemKids Dance Studio, you agree to the following communication and safety terms:
1. Email Communications: You agree to receive automated informational and promotional updates via email. This agreement isn't a condition of any purchase. You may receive up to 6 email messages a month and can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.
2. Family Communication & Child Safety Policy (Text Messaging): To keep our dancers safe, happy, and well-coordinated, we use text messaging as our primary tool for real-time studio updates. By registering, you provide explicit consent to receive informational and operational texts from KemKids Dance Studio at the phone number provided (such as class reminders, schedule updates, holiday closures, or critical safety alerts). Message and data rates may apply.
3. Mandatory SMS Enrollment: Because we care deeply about the safety and real-time tracking of our students, maintaining an active text line is a requirement for participation in our programs. If you reply STOP to our messages, your cellular carrier will permanently block us from texting you. Because we cannot safely coordinate or care for your child without an open line of communication, opting out of text updates will unfortunately require us to pause your child's enrollment until communication is restored. 4. Electronic Signatures: You acknowledge that electronic signatures used during account creation and subsequent enrollment have the same validity, legality, and effect as a signature affixed by hand.
