We are a service based company and our classes only run based on enrollment. There need to be enough students per class in order for the business to cover that class. There is a very strict 30 day class change or drop policy. There will be $100 drop fee if you choose not to abide by this policy.
As a reminder, please remember that our policy has always been: By completing registration you agree to enroll and pay for the entire season of classes (Aug through our final spring performance in the end of May or beginning of June, depending on when our spring show dates are. Payments may be broken up into equal monthly installments. We allow a 30 day grace period after registration for students to drop a class. This is to test the waters and make sure that they--AND you--are happy with the class. There are no refunds when you drop a class after 30 days. There will be no refunds if you decide to break the agreement and drop a class after the month has begun and tuition has been charged. Our tuition is broken up over 37 weeks of classes and will be the same amount for group classes every month. Tuition will be charged via autopay between the 25th and 27th of the previous month There will be no refunds once month is charged.
*There will be an extra $150 charge for breaking the enrollment agreement.

We allow a one month grace period after registration for students to drop a course. There are no refunds when you drop a course after 30 days.

The tuition will always remain the same through the duration of the entire season, August through the end of May. I hereby grant permission to Celebration Arts Academy and its representatives to take photographs or videos of me/my student, and/or to make recordings of my voice during class instruction, rehearsals, outside performance events, and/or during performances for the current enrollment period.

I further grant to Celebration Arts Academy and their representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any media now known or later Developed. I acknowledge that Celebration Arts Academy owns all rights to the images and recordings.

Waiver, Indemnity and Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy. I further waive all moral rights. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. I hereby release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the producers from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

I am 18 years of age or older and the legal guardian of the student for which I am signing the release for. I am competent to contract in my own name and for the minor for which I am charged with. I have read this document before consenting, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this consent, waiver, indemnity and release.
