Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We applaud and recommend a parents stern commitment to completion.
When enrolling please make sure you and your child are ready to commit to our dance program for the full 10 month dance year. Other students are counting on your to fulfill your obligation.
You have until November 31st of the current dance year to decide whether or not your child wishes to continue with their dance education at our studio. Should your child decide not to continue with their lessons, proper notification of your decision directly to the studio is required by November 31st and you will not be charged for any further classes. Until such time, the space will be held for the student and the charges invoiced to the parents. If after November 31st, your child decides not to continue with their dance education at our studio, you will be charged with the remaining annual tuition. No refunds will be given for any tuition, fees, costumes, or attire. You will forfeit any costumes purchased if your account is in arrears. You may also be assessed a $100 re-choreography fee per dance routine. Total balance of the dance account is due immediately upon notification of student withdrawal from Dance Xtreme.
*I have received and read all information contained in this studio policy booklet. I understand that I will be held accountable to all articles contained in this document and I agree to abide to all rules set forth by the studio, director or contained in this booklet.
**I understand that there are no refunds given for any tuition, fees, costumes, or attire paid/purchased. I agree to pay all collection fees if my account becomes delinquent. I will also forfeit any costumes purchased for the studio to fill my vacancy if I do not fulfill the full 10 month dance year.
***I recognize and acknowledge that there is risk associated with participating in dance and the activities associated with dance. In the event of any accident or injury, I release Dance Xtreme, owner, associates, and staff of all liability.
****I hereby grant the Dance Xtreme permission to use the likeness of the registered student in any photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web based publications, without payment or other consideration.
