Costume sizes are determined based on the measurements the costume companies provide. All costumes are not custom made. If the costume is to big for the student at the time it is received, it is the responsibility of parent to take the costume to be altered. If the costume is too small, the parent must have the return approved by the teacher of that class. The teacher will then work with the studio administration on the replacement. One the costume is ordered for your child there are no refunds. If the student drops out before the end of the year and has not paid for the costume, June tuition will be applied to the balance. If costume is paid in full the student is entitled to receive and keep the costume.
WELCOME TO DANCE WORKSHOP OF DEER PARK! We are so excited you are joining us for the 2025-2026 dance season. Please be aware JUNE tuition is collected up front. The first tuition payment posted on the account at the time of registration will be for JUNE 2026 TUITION: All monthly tuition payments will post to your account by the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition is due by the due date by the 15th of each month or a $10.00 late fee will be applied to the account automatically. All tuition payments can be made on the parent portal or in person at the studio. Autopay can be set up to avoid all late fees on the parent portal but we ask that you let the front desk know what day of the month you would like Auto Pay to be processed. Auto Pay is processed on the 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th of each month. If tuition obligations are not met and payments are not made for more than 30 days, dance classes and all services will be suspended until the account is made current. All tuition and costume balances must be up to date in order for the dancers to perform in the annual recital. COSTUMES: Each class that your child is enrolled in will require a mandatory deposit due by November 1st, of each dance season, in the amount of $60.00 per class per costume. If the Deposit is not paid by this date a $10.00 late fee will be applied to the account. It is important that all costume deposits are paid in a timely manner so that DWDP can assure that your child's costume is ordered promptly. In the event the costume has to be returned and re-ordered for any reason, we want to make sure it arrives back in time for the recital. The balance for all costumes will be due before the costumes can be taken home. All costume deposits and costume balances will be posted to your account so that all payments can be made on the portal.
