I realize and accept that there is certain risk involved in the participation of this program, as there would be in any physical activity. I hereby waiver and release any and all rights for damages I or my child may have against Star-Styled Dance Center, LLC, Christine Lesko, and other staff members as such. I understand that there will be no credits or refunds given for classes missed or if a student withdraws.

I also agree to dropping my dancer off at the front studio entrance, being escorted into the building by staff members & student teachers to their designated classrooms. This is the same procedure your child will encounter when attending school, without parents being able to walk children into their classrooms. The reason for this procedure is to be considerate to our neighbors at our new studio location this fall. When daytime business hours are still in operation for our neighbors, we are limited on parking spots in the front of the studio. If all parents adhere to this policy & drop their dancers off to the staff members outside (who will be visible in bright pink shirts) this will not hinder parking for the neighbors until they have closed for the day. For pickups, we require parents to park & walk up to the covered patio area for dismissal. The first few weeks will be busy, but once we get into a routine, everything will operate smoothly if everyone follows the detailed procedures that will be sent for drop off & pickup policies. No parents are permitted to wait inside during your dancer's class times.
