By enrolling your child, you agree to the following terms and conditions. As a parent/guardian, you understand that dance classes require physical activity, and you assume all risks related to your child's participation. You agree to release Starstruck Dance Academy, its staff, and instructors from any liability arising from injury or harm during classes, performances, or events. You also consent to allow the Academy to use photos or videos of your child for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. Additionally, you acknowledge responsibility for timely tuition payments, costume fees, and any other studio-related costs. Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension of your child's participation in classes or events. By agreeing to this agreement, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the Academy's policies regarding attendance, class expectations, and communication.
