Registration:
Our annual registration fee is $50.00 for one student and $25.00 for each additional family member. The 2025-2026 Dance Year classes run from August 18, 2025 to May 30th, 2026. You can register online via our website, at the studio during business hours, or on select registration dates.
Tuition & Auto-Pay:
Auto-Pay is required for all monthly tuition payments and can be set up through the Parent Portal or at the front office. Payments will be withdrawn between the 1st-6th of each month from a valid credit/debit card or bank account. A $15.00 late fee will be applied if your payment method is declined.
To make changes to your Auto-Pay information, please update your details through the Parent Portal or contact the front office. Auto-Pay transactions are non-refundable; any overpayments or discrepancies will be credited to your account. Full tuition is required regardless of holidays or missed classes. All outstanding tuition and dance fees must be paid in full by May 30, 2026. Any unpaid balances after this date will be automatically charged to the card on file.
We use secure, encrypted systems to protect your payment information. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, Laura’s Dance Dynamics reserves the right to suspend services and submit a claim to the bankruptcy court for any unpaid tuition or fees. Continued enrollment constitutes agreement to be financially responsible for any services rendered prior to bankruptcy.
Age & Class Levels:
All dancers must enroll in the class corresponding to their age group. Each class is tailored to match the appropriate skill level and abilities for that age group. Age eligibility for the 2025-2026 Dance Year is determined by the dancer's date of birth as of August 18, 2025. If a dancer wishes to advance to the next age or skill level, class evaluations can be requested at the front office.
Dancewear & Attire:
All students must wear appropriate dancewear and dance shoes to participate in class. Class requirements for dancewear and shoes are outlined and available for order through our online dancewear store at
www.shopnimbly.com/ldddance.
For your convenience, shoe sizing kits and dancewear bundles are available at the front office. All shoe styles sold at the studio meet the requirements for Recital.
Hair: All dancers must wear their hair up off the neck and out of their face.
Cover-Ups: Dancers must wear cover-ups to and from the dance studio, which should be removed during class time.
Please refer to our Studio Guide or website for visual representations of our dancer dress code for both boys and girls.
Studio Communication:
LDD primarily uses email for all studio communication. We also post important information on your parent portal, studio bulletin boards, our website, social media platforms, and the TV located in the studio lobby. Please check your email regularly to stay up-to-date on all studio news and updates.
Recital & Costumes:
Our 28th Annual Recital will be held at the end of our Dance Year on May 29th & 30th , 2026. This event provides our students with the opportunity to shine on stage and showcase their progress, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The recital bundle fees contribute to the costs of auditorium rental, insurance, security, costumes for each style of dance, tights, Recital t-shirts, professional video of the full Recital, costume accessories, props, and other necessary expenses required to make the show exceptional. Cost also includes 2 complimentary tickets to see the show! Please note that recital fees, including costume costs, are non-refundable. Costumes will be ordered only after at least two-thirds of the total payment has been received. Please note that prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in tariff and import costs.
Recital Bundles:
(1) - $275.00 (3 Payments of $91.67: October/January/March) (Includes 1 dance performed in Recital)
(2) - $375.00 (3 Payments of $125.00: October/January/March) (Includes 2 dances performed in Recital)
(3) - $425.00 (3 Payments of $141.67: October/January/March) (Includes 3 dances performed in Recital)
+$85.00 (Per additional dance in Recital)
Winter Show:
LDD’s Annual Winter Show is set for December 20th 2025. In October, students will begin learning and practicing festive Christmas dances, which they will proudly perform for family and friends. The Winter Show Fee of $50.00 is due by November 15th, 2025. This fee helps cover the costs of auditorium rental, insurance, dancer t-shirts, props, and other necessary expenses to ensure a spectacular event.
Holidays:
Please refer to our Recreation Events Calendar for Holiday observance dates.
In case of inclement weather, the studio will close when HEB ISD Public Schools close.
Attendance & Makeups:
Regular attendance is crucial for student progress. Please ensure that your dancer is in class and on time each week. If you child must be absent, please call or email us in advance, or log your student’s absence on the Parent Portal. Makeups are available for missed classes August-February and can be scheduled through the front office.
Viewing Windows & Monitors:
The viewing windows and lobby monitors will be open for parents to enjoy their dancer’s classes. To minimize distractions, we kindly ask that you refrain from tapping, talking through the window, or opening the studio door to get your child’s attention. For safety, security, and training purposes, please be aware that video recording is in operation in each room of our studio premises. Recordings are used solely for studio management purposes and are handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Fundraisers:
The studio will host fundraisers throughout the year to assist each student in raising money for their dance fees. Funds raised through these events are credited toward unpaid balances or upcoming charges on their account. Please note that fundraising money is non-refundable, and any unused funds will expire at the end of the dance season (May 30 , 2026).
Withdrawal & Refunds:
If you choose to discontinue classes, please provide a monthly notice (emailed or written) to the front office. You are responsible for monthly tuition payments until your cancellation notice is received. Withdrawal forms are available in the front office for your convenience. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including tuition, recital fees, costume fees, fundraising credits, etc. If applicable, your account will be credited and can be applied to future use.
