Hold Harmless Agreement: I understand that there are inherent risks in any physical activity and agree to hold All That! Dance Company and its instructors harmless from any injury that may occur during classes or events offered or sponsored by All That! Dance Company. Any loss of goods or personal property is not the responsibility of All That! Dance Company or its associates. Tuition & Fees: I agree that I am responsible for all tuition and fees associated with the classes my dancer is registered for. There are no prorates or refunds for tuition for any reason. If I want to withdraw my dancer from class for any reason I must give the office 30 days notice or my account will be invoiced on the 1st of the month for tuition. Rules & Expectations: I agree that it is my responsibility to familiarize myself with All That! Dance Company’s student conduct rules and tuition payment policies. Tuition is non-refundable and is not pro-rated for absences. I agree to follow these, and any and all rules and expectations set forth by All That! Dance Company for their students. I understand that both I and my child are bound by these rules as long as my child is a registered student of All That! Dance Company. Failure to comply with these rules is ground for dismissal from the studio. Photo & Video Release: I understand that candid and posed shots and video of my child taken during class or performance may be used for promotional purposes by All That! Dance Company on website, print, or social media.

All students must be enrolled in autopay. Tuition is posted to dance accounts on the 1st of the month and you will receive your statement by email. Auto-pay is processed between on the 5th of each month (no later than the 7th due to weekend days) for the full balance due on your dancer's account. You will receive a receipt for your payment by email so please make sure we have an active email address for you. You can update or change your card details in your Parent Portal.
Our ten month season runs from September to June. If you want to withdraw your dancer from class for any reason you must give 30 days notice to the office (by email or phone) in order to allow your spot to be filled from our waitlists. If you do not give 30 days notice and withdraw after tuition has been posted for the month you will be responsible for the balance due. Tuition will be due until the dancer is formally withdrawn from the class 30 days after the given notice.
Parents are encouraged to observe class during Observation Weeks. They may be in the studio at this time, or watch from the observation area. All other classes are closed to observers. Please remind parents of our drop off/pick up only policy, which is to help maintain a smooth, calm, and safe transition between and during classes. Students often have difficulty focusing in class when they have a built in “audience.†Some dancers may be intimidated by people watching them and need time to work in class before they are ready to be on display in front of an audience. It is important to enforce our Observation Policy in a kind and supportive way. Students are also not allowed to bring siblings or friends along to class. This is a liability for our studio as we have no permission to be teaching them or contact information for their parent. Tuition is charged the first of each month and is averaged over our ten month season to be an equal monthly installment. Tuition does not increase or decrease based on the number of weeks in each month.
