This Parent Enrollment, Purchase Agreement & Program Policies establishes the terms and conditions for participation in Just Dance LLC programs.

These policies apply to all students enrolled in Just Dance LLC programs and remain in effect for the duration of the student’s enrollment unless amended or replaced by Just Dance LLC. Parents/guardians will be notified of material policy changes when applicable.

By completing registration and checking the acknowledgment box, the Parent/Legal Guardian confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and policies.

1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

Just Dance LLC is designed as a continuous year-round dance enrichment program.

Students may participate in weekly dance enrichment classes, performances, special events, and summer programming based on their age, school location, class availability, and program schedule.

Enrollment is managed directly by Just Dance LLC.

Registration through Just Dance LLC constitutes an agreement to participate in the program and to comply with all applicable tuition, payment, attendance, withdrawal, safety, behavior, and program policies.

2. REGISTRATION FEE

A non-refundable $30 annual registration fee is required for each student.

The registration fee is charged once per program year and helps support:
• Administrative costs
• Student registration
• Program development
• Curriculum preparation
• Student events and performances
• Program materials

The registration fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward monthly tuition.

3. MONTHLY TUITION

Current monthly tuition is $65 per student.

Tuition is due on or before the first day of each month.

Just Dance LLC’s monthly tuition is based on annual program enrollment and is divided into monthly payments throughout the program year.

Because the program is designed as a continuous year-round program, monthly tuition may continue during summer programming unless otherwise communicated by Just Dance LLC.

Tuition reserves the student’s place in the program and supports continued class operation, instructor scheduling, curriculum planning, school partnerships, and program administration.

Just Dance LLC reserves the right to adjust tuition rates for future program years. Parents/Guardians will be notified of any tuition changes prior to the beginning of a new program year.

4. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By completing registration, the Parent/Legal Guardian authorizes Just Dance LLC to process applicable recurring tuition and approved program fees using the payment method provided during registration.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for keeping their payment information current.

If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise unsuccessful, the Parent/Guardian is responsible for resolving the outstanding balance.

Just Dance LLC may suspend a student’s participation in the program if an account remains delinquent.

5. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Just Dance LLC requires at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice by email to withdraw a student from the program.

Withdrawal requests must be received at least fourteen (14) days before the first day of the following month in order for the withdrawal to take effect for the following month.

Example:

If a Parent/Guardian submits a withdrawal request on August 10, the request meets the 14-day notice requirement and the student’s withdrawal will take effect September 1.

If a Parent/Guardian submits a withdrawal request on August 20, the request does not meet the 14-day notice requirement for September. The student will therefore remain enrolled for September, and September tuition will be due. The withdrawal will take effect October 1.

If no written withdrawal notice is received, the student’s enrollment will continue and applicable tuition will continue to be charged.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted directly to Just Dance LLC by email.

Verbal requests, text messages, requests made through the participating school, or requests made to a Just Dance LLC instructor do not constitute official withdrawal notice.

Just Dance LLC will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request and provide the effective withdrawal date when applicable.

6. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS

All tuition, registration fees, recital fees, camp fees, and other program fees are non-refundable once paid, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Just Dance LLC.

No refunds or credits will be provided for:
• Missed classes
• Vacations
• School absences
• Illness
• Schedule conflicts
• Early withdrawal during a paid month
• Failure to attend performances or events
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Failure to provide timely withdrawal notice

Submitting a withdrawal request does not result in a refund or credit for tuition or other fees already paid or owed for the applicable enrollment period.

7. MISSED CLASSES & ATTENDANCE

Students are expected to attend their regularly scheduled dance class.

No refunds or credits will be issued for student absences.

Families are encouraged to notify Just Dance LLC or the participating school when a student will be absent when appropriate.

Just Dance LLC may provide makeup opportunities at its discretion when circumstances allow.

8. INSTRUCTOR ABSENCE

Just Dance LLC will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified substitute instructor when the regularly scheduled instructor is unavailable.

If a substitute instructor cannot be provided, Just Dance LLC may cancel or reschedule the class.

Any makeup class or alternative arrangement will be determined by Just Dance LLC based on scheduling and program availability.

9. RECITAL & PERFORMANCE FEES

Just Dance LLC may provide performance opportunities throughout the program year.

Performance opportunities may include:
• Holiday performances
• Parent showcases
• Annual recital
• Summer showcases
• Community performances
• Other special events

Recital and performance fees, when applicable, will be communicated to families separately before payment is due.

Recital and performance fees are non-refundable once paid.

Students must have all applicable fees paid in full in order to participate in a recital or performance.

Performance opportunities may vary by school, location, enrollment, age group, venue availability, and program scheduling.

10. SUMMER PROGRAM

Just Dance LLC is designed as a continuous year-round program.

Summer programming may be offered during June and July and may include special dance sessions, camps, showcases, or other enrichment opportunities.

Summer schedules and program details will be communicated to families in advance.

Families who do not wish to continue into the summer must follow the withdrawal policy outlined in this agreement.

Summer programming may vary based on school availability, enrollment, staffing, facility availability, and scheduling.

11. DRESS CODE

Students should arrive prepared to safely participate in dance class.

Required dance attire and footwear may vary by age group, class, school, and program.

Recommended dance footwear may include:
• Leather ballet shoes
• Black Velcro tap shoes
• Other dance footwear approved by Just Dance LLC

Students may be required to wear appropriate dance attire that allows for safe movement.

Just Dance LLC may establish or modify dress code requirements for instructional, safety, or performance purposes.

12. CLASSROOM BEHAVIOR

Just Dance LLC is committed to creating a safe, positive, encouraging, and respectful environment for every student.

Students are expected to:
• Follow instructor directions
• Treat instructors and classmates respectfully
• Participate appropriately
• Take care of school and classroom property
• Use appropriate language and behavior
• Follow safety instructions

Just Dance LLC will make reasonable efforts to work with families and schools when behavioral concerns arise.

If significant behavioral concerns continue despite reasonable intervention and collaboration, Just Dance LLC reserves the right to discontinue a student’s participation when necessary to protect the safety and learning environment of the class.

13. STUDENT SAFETY

Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing Just Dance LLC with accurate and current information regarding their child’s emergency contacts, allergies, medical considerations, and other information necessary for safe participation.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for notifying Just Dance LLC of any changes to this information.

Just Dance LLC will follow applicable safety and emergency procedures established by the participating school or facility while providing services on its property.

14. LIABILITY WAIVER

By completing registration, the Parent/Legal Guardian acknowledges that dance and movement activities involve physical activity and may involve risks associated with movement, balance, stretching, jumping, dancing, and participation in a group environment.

The Parent/Legal Guardian agrees to the liability waiver presented during registration and acknowledges that participation is voluntary.

A signed parent/legal guardian liability waiver will be maintained by Just Dance LLC as part of the student’s registration records.

15. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, performances, camps, and special events.

Any use of a student’s image or likeness for promotional purposes will be subject to the applicable media/photo consent provided during registration and applicable school policies.

Just Dance LLC may provide or offer recital videos and photography services for an additional fee when available.

16. SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION

Just Dance LLC partners with schools and other organizations to provide dance enrichment programming.

The participating school provides the facility and assists with program coordination as outlined in the School Partnership Agreement.

However, student registration, tuition, billing, withdrawals, and program enrollment are managed directly by Just Dance LLC.

Parents/Guardians should contact Just Dance LLC directly regarding:
• Registration
• Tuition
• Billing
• Withdrawal
• Recital fees
• Summer programming
• Schedule questions
• Enrollment
• Program policies

School staff are not responsible for processing withdrawals or managing Just Dance LLC tuition accounts.

17. PROGRAM SCHEDULE & SCHOOL CLOSURES

Dance classes are scheduled according to the Just Dance LLC program calendar and the participating school’s availability.

Classes may be affected by:
• School closures
• Holidays
• Weather
• School events
• Facility availability
• Emergency situations
• Other circumstances outside the control of Just Dance LLC

Just Dance LLC will communicate applicable schedule changes when reasonably possible.

Makeup classes may be offered at the discretion of Just Dance LLC based on availability.

18. CLASS CANCELLATION OR PROGRAM CHANGES

Just Dance LLC reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, curriculum, locations, performance opportunities, or program offerings when reasonably necessary.

Changes may occur due to enrollment, school scheduling, staffing, facility availability, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances.

Just Dance LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to participating families.

19. MINIMUM ENROLLMENT

Certain classes or programs may require a minimum number of enrolled students to operate.

If enrollment is insufficient to maintain a class, Just Dance LLC reserves the right to modify, combine, postpone, or discontinue the class.

Families will be notified if a significant enrollment-related change affects their student’s class.

20. CURRICULUM & PROGRAM AUTHORITY

Just Dance LLC retains authority over:
• Curriculum
• Lesson plans
• Choreography
• Music selection
• Teaching methodology
• Dance activities
• Performance material
• Costume recommendations
• Classroom structure
• Program standards

Curriculum may be adjusted based on student age, developmental needs, class size, school environment, and educational objectives.

21. PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Parents/Guardians agree to:
• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep payment information current
• Pay tuition and applicable fees on time
• Ensure students arrive prepared for class
• Provide appropriate dance attire and footwear
• Follow the withdrawal policy
• Communicate directly with Just Dance LLC regarding enrollment and billing
• Notify Just Dance LLC of relevant changes affecting the student’s participation
• Support respectful behavior and participation

22. AGREEMENT TO POLICIES

By registering a student for a Just Dance LLC program, the Parent/Legal Guardian acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms of this Parent Enrollment, Purchase Agreement & Program Policies.

The Parent/Legal Guardian understands that enrollment is continuous unless properly withdrawn according to the Withdrawal Policy.

The Parent/Legal Guardian understands that tuition and applicable fees are non-refundable and that at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice by email is required for withdrawal before the following month’s tuition is processed.

The Parent/Legal Guardian understands that if timely written notice is not received, the student will remain enrolled for the following month and applicable tuition will be due.

The Parent/Legal Guardian agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

Thank you for choosing Just Dance LLC! The safety and well-being of every dancer is a priority. Dance and movement activities are physical activities and, like other physical activities, involve certain inherent risks.

By registering my child for participation in Just Dance LLC programs, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, camps, creative movement activities, and related events involves physical activity and inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Slips and falls
• Trips and collisions
• Muscle strains
• Sprains
• Bruises
• Minor injuries
• Physical exertion
• Loss of balance
• Other injuries that may occur during participation in physical activity

I voluntarily authorize my child to participate in Just Dance LLC activities and understand that participation involves these inherent risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and waive claims against Just Dance LLC and its owners, instructors, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, agents, and participating facilities, schools, childcare centers, and facility owners or operators, for claims arising from my child’s participation in Just Dance LLC activities, except to the extent such claims arise from conduct that cannot legally be waived, including gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable.

I understand that this release is intended to apply to claims arising from the ordinary risks associated with participation in dance and related physical activities.

3. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Just Dance LLC personnel to seek or obtain emergency medical assistance for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.

I understand that Just Dance LLC does not provide medical care and that I am responsible for any medical, emergency, transportation, or treatment expenses incurred on behalf of my child.

4. HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION

I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, my child is physically able to participate in age-appropriate dance and movement activities.

I agree to provide Just Dance LLC with accurate and current information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, physical limitations, or other circumstances that may affect my child’s ability to safely participate.

I understand that I am responsible for updating this information if circumstances change.

5. EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

I agree to provide accurate emergency contact information during registration and to keep that information current.

I understand that Just Dance LLC may rely on the emergency contact information provided by me when attempting to contact me regarding my child.

6. STUDENT SUPERVISION & SCHOOL FACILITIES

I understand that Just Dance LLC may provide dance instruction at participating schools, childcare centers, community facilities, or other locations.

I understand that the participating school or facility may maintain responsibility for general facility operations, student transitions, and other responsibilities established by the applicable school or facility agreement.

Just Dance LLC will follow applicable safety and emergency procedures provided by the participating school or facility while providing dance services on its property.

7. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Just Dance LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to class, performances, camps, or other program activities.

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to label personal belongings and avoid sending unnecessary valuables with students.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Parent/Guardian Liability Waiver & Release of Liability and understand its contents.

I voluntarily agree to these terms on behalf of myself and my child.

I understand that dance is a physical activity and that participation involves inherent risks.

I understand that I am responsible for providing accurate health, emergency contact, and other information necessary for my child’s participation.

By checking the acknowledgment box during registration and submitting my registration, I confirm that:
1. I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered student;
2. I have read and understand this Liability Waiver & Release of Liability;
3. I voluntarily agree to its terms;
