At FX3 we go to great lengths to keep you informed and up to date. At any time, if you have questions or concerns, please see the front desk and your questions and/or concerns will be addressed in a timely manner.

COMMUNICATION: Email is our main source of communication. We also use the parent portal, FX3 app, and studio phone. Please be sure your email is updated at the front desk. IT IS THE PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF DATES AND EVENTS. It is the responsibility of the parents or adult students to inform the studio of any email address changes, home address changes or telephone number changes. Updates to your information can be made on your parent portal as well.

ATTENDANCE: Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography. Please make every effort to attend every class. Missed classes must be made up in a ballet class. If you miss more than 3 classes throughout the season, you may be dismissed from participating in competitions and FINALE. Attendance is mandatory.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent and a Facebook/social media post will be made by 2:00 pm if classes are cancelled. Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time studio classes begin.

DRESS CODE: Required dance wear and dance shoes must be worn to all classes. Failure to wear required dance wear to class could result in students being asked to sit out of class. Repeated failure to wear required dance wear could result in termination of classes. Students are not permitted to wear jeans or shoes worn on the street or outdoors, to any dance class. For safety reasons, dancers are not permitted to wear jewelry. Please have your dancer remove all jewelry before coming to the studio to avoid loss. Long hair must be tied back.

Dance, tumbling, and other physical activities involve an inherent risk of injury. FX3 is committed to injury prevention and takes reasonable precautions to provide proper instruction, safe training practices, and an appropriate environment for our dancers. However, injuries and accidents may still occur. By participating in FX3 classes, rehearsals, privates, performances, competitions, events, or other activities, the dancer and/or parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts these risks. Dancers are expected to follow all instructor directions, use proper technique, participate safely, and immediately communicate any pain, injury, physical limitation, or concern to an FX3 faculty member. The dancer and/or parent/guardian assumes responsibility for injuries that may occur as a result of participation and agrees to release and hold harmless FX3, its owners, instructors, employees, and representatives from claims or liability arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Please notify the studio by email if you have any medical emergencies.

Beginning Fall 2026, Unlimited Class Tuition will be $500/month for any dancer who is not under the FX3 Founder's Rate.

When filling out our registration form and creating a parent portal, we ask that you leave a credit card on file and that you agree to all of our policies. This does not mean that you will be charged monthly for classes until you are officially a member of the FX3 studio.

Tuition rates are for the full season/session (including studio holidays), not by the number of classes in a month. After registration, first and last month's tuition will be charged to your account. After that, regular monthly tuition must be auto-pay by credit card payment. Tuition will be charged to your account on the 15th day of each month. Accounts not paid by the 15th of each month will be charged a $10 late fee.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not offer refunds. If you must cancel a class you have already paid for, you will receive a credit in your account that you can use at a later date for a different class.

CARE OF STUDENTS: FX3 is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Students are not to be left at the studio for excessive time before or after class. INJURIES: Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on studio property resulting from normal dance activity and or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class time. Please notify instructors and front desk of any injuries outside of the studio that will affect your child in class. SECURITY: Security cameras are located in public areas for safety and security. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: The studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs and/or video of the students to use in brochures, websites, social media, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials that the studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the studio to copyright such materials in its name. Photo and video use inside and outside our facility is to be used at the discretion of the owner(s). A lost and found basket is located in the dressing room. Please check the lost and found basket regularly as all the lost and found items not claimed will be donated to Goodwill on the 1st of every month. The studio is not responsible for anything left behind by students or visitors. Acknowledgement of Risk and Liability Waiver: I am aware that my child will be involved in the normal hazards of physical activities. In consideration of acceptance of this application, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims that may arise against the studio and/or FX3 LLC, and any persons affiliated with this organization. I give permission to the directors of FX3 to provide and approve immediate and responsible emergency care and transportation should it be required. I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activity of dance. In recognition of the acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all rights and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to FX3, its employees, assistants, officers and volunteers. I give permission to the staff of FX3 to provide and approve immediate and responsible emergency care and transportation should it be required.
