Terms of Enrollment & Studio Policies
Welcome to The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC. By registering yourself or your child for classes, camps, performances, or other studio activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Tuition & Payments
• Tuition is billed according to the payment plan selected during registration through Studio Pro.
• Tuition is due regardless of attendance.
• Late or declined payments may be subject to applicable late fees and may result in temporary suspension from classes until the account is brought current.
Fees & Refunds
• Registration fees, tuition, recital fees, costume fees, competition fees, camps, workshops, and other studio-related fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Missed classes, illness, vacations, weather closures, withdrawal, or dismissal do not qualify for refunds.
Withdrawal Policy
• Withdrawal from classes must follow the studio's published withdrawal process.
• Enrollment is not automatically canceled by simply stopping attendance.
• Families remain responsible for all tuition and fees owed through the effective withdrawal date.
Make-Up Classes
• Make-up classes may be offered when available but are not guar

Liability Waiver, Medical Authorization, Privacy & Communication Policy
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in dance, tumbling, acrobatics, fitness classes, rehearsals, performances, camps, workshops, and related activities involves inherent risks of injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, sprains, strains, fractures, collisions, and other injuries.
I voluntarily choose to participate, or allow my child to participate, and knowingly assume these risks.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, I release and hold harmless The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from claims arising from participation in studio activities, except those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Emergency Medical Authorization
If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary and I cannot be reached promptly, I authorize The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC to obtain emergency medical care for myself or my child.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the listed emergency contact before treatment whenever circumstances permit.
Medical Expenses
I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses resulting from injury or illness sustained while participating in studio activities.
Participant Health
I certify that I or my child is physically able to safely participate in registered activities. I understand that any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations that may affect participation should be disclosed during registration.

Privacy & Communication Policy
Information We Collect
The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC collects personal information necessary to operate the studio, including:
• Student and parent names
• Contact information
• Emergency contacts
• Medical information voluntarily provided
• Enrollment records
• Attendance records
• Payment information
How Information Is Used
Information is used only to:
• Manage enrollment
• Process payments
• Communicate with families
• Coordinate classes, performances, and events
• Respond to emergencies
• Meet legal and administrative requirements
Information Security
Information is stored within Studio Pro and other authorized business service providers used by the studio. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
The studio does not sell personal information. Information is shared only when necessary to operate the business, process payments, comply with legal requirements, or protect the safety of participants.
Studio Communications
By registering, I consent to receive important studio communications by email, phone, and text message regarding:
• Schedule changes
• Closures
• Billing
• Performances
• Costume information
• Studio announcements
• Emergency notifications
Families may unsubscribe from non-essential communications where applicable; however, important operational and account-related communications may still be sent.
Governing Law
These agreements shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Safety & Supervision Policy
Student Safety
Providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment is a priority. Students are expected to follow instructor directions and studio safety rules at all times.
Security Cameras
For the safety and security of students, families, staff, and property, video surveillance is used throughout studio classrooms and common areas, including the lobby.
Cameras are not installed in private areas such as restrooms. Recordings may be reviewed by studio management when necessary for safety, security, or incident investigations.
Restroom Policy
Students should be able to use the restroom independently.
Studio staff will never accompany a child into a restroom.
If a student requires assistance or becomes ill, a parent or guardian will be contacted.
Student Pick-Up
Young students will be escorted to the lobby after class when appropriate and released only to a parent, legal guardian, or another authorized individual designated by the family.
Parent Observation
Parents and guests are welcome during designated observation opportunities or when permitted by studio staff. To avoid disrupting instruction, parents should not enter classrooms during class unless requested by an instructor or in the event of an emergency.
Siblings & Guests
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and guests who are not participating in classes.
Illness Policy
To help maintain a healthy environment, students should not attend class if they have:
• A fever within the previous 24 hours
• Vomiting or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours
• A contagious illness or condition that may place others at risk
Students may return when they are no longer contagious and are able to safely participate.
Facility Rules
Running, roughhousing, misuse of equipment, or entering restricted areas is not permitted.

• Participation in performances, competitions, or recitals may require additional rehearsals, costumes, fees, or attendance requirements.
• These requirements will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Schedule Changes
The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC reserves the right to adjust instructors, substitute teachers, class times, class offerings, or schedules when necessary.
Emergency Closures
Classes may be canceled due to severe weather, power outages, facility issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the studio's control. Families will be notified through Studio Pro and/or other official studio communication methods whenever possible.
Student & Parent Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a positive, encouraging, and respectful environment.
Students, parents, guardians, and guests are expected to:
• Treat all staff, instructors, volunteers, students, and families with respect.
• Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or disruptive conduct.
• Support a positive learning environment.
The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any participant or family whose conduct interferes with the safety, learning, or enjoyment of others.
Classroom Etiquette
To minimize distractions and maintain a productive learning environment:
• Parents and guests should not interrupt classes except in emergencies.
• Communication with instructors should occur before or after class or through studio administration.
• Classroom access may be limited during instruction.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring students arrive on time and are picked up promptly after class.
The studio is not responsible for supervising students before their scheduled class begins or after class has ended unless participating in another supervised activity.
Personal Property
The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Intellectual Property
All choreography, class curriculum, recital routines, music edits, studio publications, logos, branding, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of The Studio For The Performing Arts LLC and may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
