Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to arrive on time, dressed appropriately for class, and prepared to participate.

Dance with Miss Kathryn reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. Tuition refunds will not be provided for dismissal due to misconduct.

Liability Waiver & Release

I understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, and related activities at Dance with Miss Kathryn involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries.

I certify that I (or my child) am physically able to participate in dance instruction and will notify Dance with Miss Kathryn of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect participation.

In consideration for participating in Dance with Miss Kathryn programs, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, waive, and discharge Dance with Miss Kathryn, its owner, instructors, assistants, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, property loss, or damages that may occur during participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as prohibited by applicable law.

I understand that Dance with Miss Kathryn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Dance with Miss Kathryn to seek emergency medical treatment for myself or my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
