I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer or legal guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Kingfisher Studios, Alison Keery, and anyone employed by Kingfisher Studios.

I/we agree to release and hold harmless Kingfisher Studios, including its teachers, dancers, staff members and facilities used by Kingfisher Studios from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Kingfisher Studios and Alison Keery responsible for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/my child’s behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Kingfisher Studios.

In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/my child’s classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Executive Director (Alison Keery), Artistic Director (Alison Keery), Individual Instructor or staff member as soon as possible.

I agree to let Kingfisher Studios use videos/images of my child for promotional and archival purposes including but not limited to: social media, marketing campaigns and in the use of grant reports and applications.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR MINORS
Kingfisher Studios and Masset Dance Troupe offers dance classes, performances and workshops to adults and children or all ages. Clients under the age of 18 are required to get a signature from a parent or guardian. We encourage all visitors to the website or studio who are under the age of 18 and wish to communicate with us to use the assistance of their parent/guardian.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell any personal information to any third parties. Except for the very limited purposes discussed in this paragraph, we also will not share any of your personal information with third parties.
We use other businesses to perform certain services for us, such as processing credit card payments, loyalty points rewards program, marketing assistance and data analysis.
