2026/2027 Policy Agreement

Tuition Policy 2026/2027

Tuition Policy
Session runs September - June 2026/2027
Installment payments are due the 1st class of each month.
$25.00 late fee will be automatically applied after 7th of each month
NO EXCEPTIONS!
PAYMENT METHODS:
ONLINE ~ CREDIT CARDS
A 5% discount when paid in full for the year
2nd Child 15%, 3rd Child or more 1st hour free
$25.00 Registration Fee per student per year
(All students have all year to make up any missed classes for any reason throughout the current session)

**All Late fees are PERMANENT ! There will be no exceptions.**

***ALL COSTUMES, TUITION AND TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!***

Recurring Billing

All accounts will be selected for recurring billing for the year. (THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT) Each month your installment tuition payment will be processed from TLC Performing Arts. Your card on file will be charged on the 1st of each month for that month's tuition.
PLEASE NOTE:
~The card company policy has changed so our card policy has changed. All card payments will incur a 3% fee. We appreciate your understanding and support.
~Card payments will only pull one time on the first of each month ! If your card does not go through for any reason, it will not re-pull and you will need to manually make payment on your end through your portal.
Any problems regarding recurring billing, please reach out to crystal P (401-559-0166) for any help. If your child stops dance classes for any reason please notify us so we can stop recurring billing.

June Recital Costumes

All June recital costumes will be pulled out automatically in two payments. Credit card payments only for costumes. Your first payment will be your deposit fee, this price will be half of your costume total. Your second payment will be the remaining balance left.

ALL COSTUMES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE !

Your first costume deposit will be pulled on October 15th

Your second and final payment will be pulled on January 15th

ALL BALANCES FOR COSTUMES MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER FOR COSTUMES TO BE ORDERED !
