Welcome to Imprint Dance Company! We’re excited to have you as part of our dance family. Please review the policies below to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all dancers and families. Tuition & Costume Policy - Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to the card on file. - A $10 late fee will be applied to any account with an outstanding balance after the 10th of the month. - If your payment information needs to be updated, please contact the front desk or access your online portal. - All recital costumes will only be distributed to accounts that are paid in full. - Any outstanding balances must be resolved before costumes are handed out or before the dancer is allowed to participate in the recital. Media Release By registering with Imprint Dance Company, you grant permission for photos and videos of your dancer to be taken during classes, rehearsals, and performances. These may be used for promotional materials including, but not limited to, social media, the studio website, and marketing publications. If you wish to opt out, you must notify the studio in writing. Liability Waiver Participation in any dance activity involves a risk of physical injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge that Imprint Dance Company and its instructors are not liable for any injury or illness sustained during classes, rehearsals, performances, or while on studio premises. You assume full responsibility for your dancer’s participation and safety.
