Radiate Dance Academy provides dance to the religious Jewish community, thrives off of feedback and can accommodate if asked. Welcome!

I am aware of the following dance attire:
Ballet: Ballet leotard, Ballet tights, Ballet shoes, ballet skirt, hair in a bun.
Jazz: Black opaque leg covering with Jazz shoes or toe turner
Lyrical: Opaque leg covering with toe turner or Jazz shoes
Acrobatic: Opaque leg covering and bare feet or grippy socks
Tap: anything comfy with tap shoes
Hip hop: Anything comfy to dance in with sneakers (ensure they are clean)

Payment: Radiate Dance Academy will charge my card on the 1st of each month for that month. This amount will reflect the amount of classes taken that month. If there are less classes due to holidays, there will be less charged. If you sign up before the dance season begins, the parent portal will say that you owe $0. Once dance classes begin, the price will reflect the month's dance tuition. You can find receipts, statements and more in the parent portal.

Pro-rate: If I have come later into the season, I won't be charged for the classes I have missed. The system will automatically calculate how much my monthly dance cost is for that month and the billing will continue on the 1st of each month as usual.

I am aware of class pricing/discounts:
$25 per class for one class a week
$23 per class for two classes a week
$22 per class for 3 classes
$19 per class for 4 classes
$18 per class for 5 or more classes
*choreography class is a set rate. $25 for an hour and $35 for 1.5 hours.

Costumes: I will be charged a costume fee per dance style in the recital for a costume. This will be happening closer to the performance. There is an option to have a sponsored costume if I may need help to afford the costume.

Solo Classes: I am aware that solo classes have different rates and I can contact Radiate to schedule a solo class.

Missed classes: If my daughter missed classes, I will still get charged for those classes. I have the chance to reach out and attend a catch up class that same week if my daughter missed a class (the dancer can go to any additional dance class for her age group as a catch-up class, as long as you let Radiate Dance know in advance.) If there is an exception to my payment plan, I have contacted Radiate Dance Academy and confirmed the method of payment.

Trial classes: the first time coming to a dance style: it is completely free! you can try out any style you would like for free!

Adult classes: Come for free dance classes if you have a child enrolled in RDA! Contact us so we can apply that 100% discount ;)

Liability: I understand that dance and movement classes involve physical activity and, as with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury. This is including but not limited to falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, concussion or in rare cases, more serious injuries, permanent disability or more. I voluntarily assume all such risks for myself or my child.

I release Radiate Dance Academy, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage that may occur while participating in classes, performances, or related activities, whether at the studio or offsite.

I agree to inform the instructor of any physical conditions or limitations before class begins. I also give permission for emergency medical treatment to be given if necessary.
