Welcome to Studio92’s 11th season!

Classes begin Monday, August 17th. Tuition is determined on an annual basis and is not prorated monthly. Some months have more classes than others due to holidays, extra practices, longer/shorter months, etc. Tuition is due on the 25th day of each month to pay for the upcoming month. A $10 late fee will be assessed for all payments made after the 3rd of the month. No refunds are given for any reason. Tuition is not lowered if classes are unattended. If tuition is more than 45 days late the dancer will not be able to participate in class. All balances on your account must be paid in full before receiving any costumes or performing. If an account goes 90 days past due, it will be sent to collections.

We are using StudioPro for all tuition and fees. Venmo, Check, and Cash will NOT be accepted. Parents will set up their own payment information through their parent portal.

Dancing is a team sport and our teachers choreograph with all dancers in mind. Cancellation Fee: if your dancer quits ANY dance class AFTER MONDAY, OCTOBER 12th, you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee.

Additional siblings receive a 10% discount on their monthly tuition.

To streamline the costume fee payment process, costumes will be $80 per dancer, per class. For example, if your dancer is in 3 classes, you would pay $240 for costumes. You can now opt to do a payment plan for costume fees.
Costume fees are due October 1st.

The $40 recital fee is due October 1st.

Studio92 would like your permission to use images/photos or video that may include your child/ren.
Photos/images include recital pictures, candid studio or performance photos, video or activities involving Studio92 and its students (parades, fundraisers, competitions, field trips, promotional event etc.) Studio92 would like to use photos/images or video on our website, social media page, and various newspaper, flyers or print materials used for marketing purposes only. It is our policy that we will never disclose or use full names of minors, if at all, when publishing any photos/images.
Parents have the right to either grant or decline permission for Studio92 to use photos/images of their child/ren.

I understand that risk of injury is inherent in any physical activity and I, on behalf of myself and my child, knowingly and voluntarily accept that risk. I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, administrators, and executors, hereby waive and release Sarah Messick individually and Studio92 and its staff from any and all claims or damages of any kind arising out of my child's participation in the exercise and/or dance program of Studio92. I further certify that the aforementioned student is in proper physical condition to participate in the exercise/dance program and that he/she has been examined by a licensed physician and found to be in proper physical condition to participate in said program, I, the undersigned, do hereby authorize Sarah Messick or her designated agents (being teachers or administrators employed by Studio92) to obtain medical treatment for my said child in emergency situations where I cannot be reached in time to authorize the treating physician to provide such emergency medical services, I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses and that the absence of health insurance does not make Studio92 responsible for payment of medical expenses. This authority includes the power to authorize any and all treatment deemed necessary under the circumstances by a licensed physician. This power is in essence a power of attorney and shall remain in effect for one year from the date signed below.
