CONDUCT
At SAJDP, we have specific standards for our parents as well as our students. SAJDP dancers' families are part of the studio
experience.
Some of the things to remember when at the studio are:
1. Parents will encourage all students in their efforts.
2. Classes start on time. The class door will be locked 10 minutes after the start of class.
3. If a piece of choreography is taught when a student is absent, it is the student's responsibility to find another student to help them learn the choreography that was missed.
4. Parents are not to come into the classroom unless participating in a class, during watch week, or when asked to enter by staff.
5. Dancers must always adhere to the dress code.
6. All communications shall be done via the studio phone, studio email, or in person. Do not send text messages to staff unless directed to do so. SAJDP's staff cell phones, when provided, are for emergencies, the dance team, or as requested by staff only.

TUITION
Monthly tuition rates are based on the specific class in which each student is registered. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month with a grace period until the 3rd. If tuition has not been paid by the 3rd of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account every 3 days until paid. Our front office staff will make three attempts to collect your tuition payment. If, after these attempts, your tuition is still not paid, your student will not be able to return to class until your account is current. There will be no discounts for studio closures during school holidays.
Tuition is based school year and is divided into 10 payments starting in August and ending in June.
Tuition nonrefundable.
Dropping classes after fees are due will NOT relieve the debt.
There is a $100 drop fee for dropping classes before the end of the program.
PAYMENT
For your convenience and to ensure timely payments, SAJDP has an auto-payment system. All families are required>/b> to be enrolled for automatic payment. SAJDP is not responsible for any lost or damaged payments. If you prefer to pay in cash, you must still be signed up for autopay and pay your tuition before the 1st of the month they are due.
We understand that circumstances arise, and we certainly don't want to see any student miss their class, so don't hesitate to contact the front office with any questions or concerns.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION
Each student is required to pay a registration fee in addition to tuition upon registration for classes.
Students who drop courses for a session are subject to a new registration fee. Class fees are posted to your account on the 20th of each month and are due IN FULL on the 1st of the following month.
DROP-IN and CLASS TRIALS
Class trials are free for unregistered students only. Any unregistered student is allowed to try each class one time in the span of a single week.
Registered students will be charged a drop-in fee for attending a single class.
CLASS SCHEDULES
The dance year is divided into three sections: fall, spring, and summer. The fall and Spring seasons are divided by semester using similar dates to school. The summer season is a six-week program that focuses on a variety of skills and techniques. Classes canceled due to teacher absence will be rescheduled at the teacher’s earliest opportunity. Classes not held due to holidays will not be rescheduled. SAJ generally observes all federal, state, and local holidays. We also celebrate most school holidays to accommodate family vacations.
